Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, capable of working alongside diverse teams to achieve shared goals and improve overall operational functionality. IT system knowledge: Experience from working with Zendesk and SAP ByDesign. Adaptability: Comfortable to take on with a readiness to adapt to new challenges, and to learn on the go. Personal:You have a degree from at least secondary school and relevant professional diploma.Fluency in Swedish and English is a must.
