About the job This role is ideal for someone who combines deep quality and regulatory expertise with operational pragmatism - a leader who understands how to build lean, scalable, and fit-for-purpose quality systems that support both compliance and business growth. About the role We are looking for a user-focused and technology-driven IT Operations Group Manager who wants to help build a secure, modern, and high-performing IT environment at RaySearch Laboratories. In this role, you will lead our IT Support and IT Operations teams and play a key role in ensuring that more than 450 employees have the technology, reliability, and security they need to support better cancer care worldwide. You will work in a hybrid IT environment spanning both on-premises infrastructure and cloud services, where stability, security, and employee experience are equally important. Together with your team and in close collaboration with our Cyber Security and stakeholders across the company, you will continuously improve our internal IT services, processes, and platforms. As part of the IT leadership team, you will also help drive long-term development and modernization initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing IT Support and IT Operations teams. Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of RaySearch’s central IT infrastructure and services. Drive improvements in IT support processes, service delivery, and ways of working.
