We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants to help shape the future of IKEA’s digital landscape. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Senior Software Engineer with us, your days will be a mix of building, improving, and collaborating. Your days will include a mix of strategy, leadership and collaboration, such as: • Setting the strategic direction for marketing and loyalty digital capabilities • Ensuring stable, secure and efficient day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement • Strengthening data foundations and insight generation to enable better decisions and more personalised customer experiences • Leading and developing leaders and teams, creating clarity, engagement and growth • Collaborating with stakeholders across IKEA to align priorities and accelerate impact • Driving the adoption of common platforms, ways of working and scalable solutions • Exploring new technologies, including AI, to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement

You’ll design, build and run digital services that support our customers and co-workers globally.
