About the job Eka Engineering is the engineering and contracting division of our bleaching chemicals business. We design, build, upgrade, and service chlorine dioxide plants and equipment for the global pulp and chemical industries. Our team delivers turnkey projects, plant upgrades, and lifecycle services using industry-leading technology and project management expertise. In your future role as Project Control Specialist you will: Support financial control and reporting of international engineering projects. Create and maintain project structures in SAP. Track project costs, budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting. Support project reviews and project accounting activities. Provide cost center reporting and financial analysis? Act as a key SAP user and support process improvements. Coordinate purchasing, time reporting, travel arrangements, and general administrative support for the engineering organization. We believe you bring Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years' experience in a project-based international environment. Strong SAP or ERP system experience. About the job In this exiting role as Business Development Manager Paper & Board, you will lead the technical and commercial advancement of Nouryon’s Paper, Board and tissue business in Europe. With ownership of key CMC applications, you will drive innovation, strengthen customer partnerships, and help position Nouryon as the preferred solutions provider in tissue and barrier coatings. In your future role as Business Development Manager, you will Conduct technical audits and diagnostics at Nordic key accounts and selected distributors to identify opportunities for CMC, surfactants and chelates (with focus on wet end tissue and barrier coating). Work closely and support the Account Manager to develop and manage a strategic key account plan implementing innovation and enabling multi‑level engagement, thereby strengthening customer proximity and long‑term partnership. Maintain regular technical and innovation touchpoints with key account R&D and distributor technical teams to align on project pipeline and application roadmaps. Provide second line technical support and training for the EMEA distribution network, including joint customer visits and troubleshooting of complex cases. Manage sales related KPIs for assigned accounts (volume, margin, price development, project pipeline value, hit rate) and report progress versus targets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and R&D to drive customer projects, technical development, and business growth.
