Learn more at dnb.com/careers. We are looking for a Solution Architect Pre Sales to join our Business Advisory organization! The main objective is to be the industry- and subject matter expert within the finance, credit information areas of Dun and Bradstreet’s portfolio. You will engage external clients and sales colleagues seeking in establishing the business need/challenge and lead the solution definition process. About the role: In this role you specialize in working with potential clients during the pre-sales process. You work in close collaboration with our colleagues in Northern Europe. Your primary role is to understand the customers needs and requirements and then design technical solutions that align with those needs. You will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop strategic solutions. You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our solutions. In this role you will also: Collaborate with internal teams to design and architect custom solutions that meet customer requirements. Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses, and other technical documentation. Serve as a technical advisor to customers, questions and concerns throughout the sales process. Stay up-to-date on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Attend customer meetings. Presenting a POC (proof of concept). Producing a Solution Design Document. Liaising with cross-functional organizations (GTM, Product, Data, Technical Implementation, International Peers) to complete the technical presale engagement. This role will initially focus on accounts and cases within the migration/upgrade program, where customers are set to move from one platform/product to another. During Solution Definition, the Solution Architect leads the technical design effort to define the D&B solution that addresses the customer’s requirements with the best fit to their technical environment. Key Responsibilities Utilize your strategic and critical thinking abilities to investigate, and fulfill a business case requirement using a single DnB solution or a combination of products. Apply technical expertise to define and position D&B solutions with business and technical teams at customers. Creatively design solutions, including advanced solutions, that leverage new and legacy products and APIs to integrate D&B content/capabilities within complex customer and third-party applications. Engage closely with customers to discover business and technical requirements as necessary to formulate optimal solutions. Technically sell the solution through presentation/demonstration/illustration. Deliver formal artifacts to document the solution -- Solution Design Document, Work Breakdown Structure, Statement of Work – ensuring clear communication on the solution and customer responsibilities. Following customer acceptance of the solution, manage transition of the solution to the implementation team, including transition meeting and delivery/review of artifacts. You have: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Proven experience in presales, technical implementation or solution architecture pre sales roles is a plus. A true team player spirit! Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong presentation skills to collaborate with the Sales team & lead customers to a successful outcome. You have the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Domain knowledge in the areas of Credit and Finance. Work experience in one or more of these areas Hi-Tech, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Insurance, Professional Services, Retail and Conglomerate companies. In this position you will be responsible for providing legal guidance, support and lead the regulatory attorney for Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) operations across the subregion Northern Europe. You will build and continually enhance bridges between global teams, local operations, and the commercial legal team for the subregion. In this role you will balance internal legal and compliance operational responsibilities in support of the Northern Europe Leadership Team, and their respective teams, with external engagement and advocacy on regulatory, compliance and ethics priorities for D&B. This role requires an ambitious, highly curious, flexible and open-minded lawyer with proven ability and desire to receive feedback, and to work in a fast-paced international environment. We offer a competitive compensation package! Requirements & Competencies: Nordic Master’s of Law from a reputable Nordic university. Qualified to practice law in the jurisdiction in which the counsel is located. English & Swedish language skills both in writing and verbal is required 7-8 years of legal experience, preferably some in-house, with at least 5 years of experience in area of regulatory compliance, privacy, data protection and Nordic credit information area, financial regulations, AML, trade compliance, and digital marketing. Knowledge and experience of the EU law and EU regulatory legal matters is preferred Customer-focused, commercial-oriented, and innovation mindset. Comfortable translating complex legal requirements into operational controls for business and technology teams Excellent judgment and decision-making skills. Demonstrates strong aptitude for evaluating a range of risks and effectively communicating relevant impact to business owners. Prior experience with regulatory outreach and advocacy and participation in industry and trade groups. Passionate about data and data-driven. Willingness to engage deeply with data, product, and technology teams on data and technology matters.
