You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients at Arlanda Airport receive their products on time. We currently work with several customers at Arlanda, where we are responsible for delivering food and beverages to the aircraft on schedule. Your duties will include loading and unloading the delivery truck, driving to Arlanda, and loading the ordered items onto the aircraft. You will cover a scope of around 250 employees based in Stockholm & Gothenburg. Övervaka lastning enligt tidsschema, flygplanets box-tider och företagets policyer. Mäta och registrera mattemperaturer före leverans. Ge stöd och vägledning till truckförare vid ramp och enhet. Arbeta säkert vid hantering av våta produkter eller torr-is. Säkerställa att HACCP-standarder följs. Rapportera trasig eller skadad utrustning, samt placera dessa i anvisade lådor. Uppgifter vid Utkörning / Överlämning Följa ATOS regler och föreskrifter för arbete airside. Rapportera incidenter/olyckor som involverar personal, fordon eller flygplan. Utföra fordonstvätt enligt schema vid enheten eller rampen. Bidra till punktlig och korrekt leverans av catering till flygningar. Följa säkerhetsrutiner, inklusive kontroller, plombering, dokumentation. Säkerställa att kundens produkter hanteras hygieniskt och säkert. Använda och hantera flygutrustning enligt företagets standard. Bära arbetskläder och skyddsskor enligt företagets krav – dagligen och korrekt. Ha giltigt airside-tillstånd och rapportera eventuella problem. Följa alla säkerhetsregler och procedurer. Se till att inget material eller utrustning lämnas på farliga platser.
