As a member of the Program Management Office (PMO) you will be part of a team working cross the complete company leading projects and programs that provide preventive, intelligent and reliable solutions making a difference through the digitalization of healthcare. As Senior Project Manager you will plan and manage different improvement and development projects toward its goals. You will have an ongoing dialogue with internal and external customers and manage the financial and commercial aspects of the project. You will manage collaboration within the project team as well as with other areas of the organization. Perform stakeholder analysis, risk management and change control. To feel comfortable in this position you must be great at building trust, communicate well and enjoy creating clarity and structure. You shall also be aware of common project and agile methodologies. In addition to hands-on project management, you will promote self-organization in teams and support them in adopting agile principles and methods in our daily work.
