Across every discipline, we are investing in AI as a core capability, not a side project. The role This is a new, senior role sitting at the centre of Aura's AI transformation. You will own the group's applied AI capability: defining how AI is built and deployed across our agencies, leading client engagements where AI creates measurable outcomes, and building the team and tooling that makes it repeatable. You report into group leadership and work across all seven agencies. Expect a mix of strategic direction, hands-on delivery, and commercial development. What you will do Define and drive Aura's AI strategy, decide which AI services we offer, which platforms we standardise on, and where we invest. Translate market signals into positioning that differentiates Aura from both pure tech vendors and traditional consultancies. Lead client AI engagements, own the full lifecycle: identifying high-value use cases, scoping and designing solutions, assessing ROI, and overseeing production delivery. Work spans AI agents, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, governance frameworks, and AI-augmented content and communications workflows. You will join senior client meetings and sales conversations as the AI authority in the room. Bridge strategy and delivery Translate executive ambitions into systems that actually ship. Translate technical constraints into business tradeoffs that clients understand. The focus is production-grade outcomes, not research. Build and develop the AI team, grow a small, high-output team of AI engineers, architects, and specialists. Set technical standards, maintain delivery quality, and run internal AI education across the group. Create reusable IP Turn custom client work into repeatable offerings: frameworks, accelerators, evaluation pipelines, reference architectures, and demo environments. This is how Aura scales AI from one-off projects into a practice. What we are looking for Background Strong engineering foundation with hands-on AI/LLM experience Track record delivering AI systems in production, not just prototypes Client-facing experience — you are comfortable in executive conversations and know how to sell and scope Experience leading or building teams Mindset You think in outcomes and constraints, not just possibilities You are comfortable with ambiguity and can move without complete information You care about craft: the agents, prompts, and architectures you ship reflect a high standard Nice to have Experience in communications, marketing, or agency contexts Familiarity with the Swedish market Startup or practice-building background What success looks like After 12 months, you will have: Grown AI revenue meaningfully across the group Delivered at least two flagship client AI engagements that are live in production Built and documented reusable AI frameworks used across agencies Established Aura as a credible AI partner in the markets we serve Location and setup Stockholm-based. Do you want to lead the financial work of a growing consultancy with operations across three markets, and still be close enough to the numbers to own them yourself? As CFO at Comprend, you will be responsible for financial reporting, controlling and analysis across Sweden, Finland and the UK. You will lead a small, skilled finance team and serve as a key member of the management team, providing the financial perspective needed to make sound business decisions. This is not a pure leadership role. You will work hands-on with financial analysis, forecasting and reporting alongside your team. What you will do Lead and support the finance team across Comprend's markets, working closely alongside the team in day-to-day operations Own financial reporting and controlling, including monthly and quarterly reporting to the management team and to the Aura group Carry out financial analysis, forecasting and controlling work hands-on Provide decision support to the CEO and management team on profitability, cost structure, investments and risk Drive budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with commercial and operational priorities Ensure accounting, tax and compliance requirements are met across all markets Continue and develop the use of AI-supported tools and methods within the finance team, building on work already underway to improve efficiency, accuracy and ways of working Serve as an active member of the management team, contributing a financial and commercial perspective Who you are You are a senior finance professional who takes ownership of the work, not just the oversight. You lead by being present and hands-on, creating clarity and conditions for your team to deliver while carrying a significant part of the operational work yourself. You have strong controlling skills and know how to own a reporting chain to group level. You understand the financial dynamics of a consulting or agency business and you communicate financial insight in a way that helps people make better decisions. You have: Proven experience in a senior financial role with responsibility for reporting, controlling and financial analysis Strong controlling capability, including experience reporting to group level in a multi-entity or multi-market context Experience leading and developing a finance team Understanding of consulting or agency financials, including revenue recognition, utilisation and project economics Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial decision support to senior leadership Interest in applying AI-supported tools to improve financial processes and analysis Fluent Swedish and English Why Comprend? As an Infrastructure Lead at Comprend, you'll be responsible for keeping our WaaS (Website as a Service) platform reliable, secure, and performant. You'll work closely with a tight team of ~10 and contribute to both the infrastructure and the backend development that powers the platform. You'll be part of making technical decisions – and seeing them through. No long approval chains, no unnecessary overhead. You build, decide, and ship. What you'll do Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, including containerised workloads running on Docker and Kubernetes Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps Configure and maintain Cloudflare for performance, security, and DDoS mitigation Monitor and optimise infrastructure costs Administer Linux servers and supporting services Contribute to backend development within the WaaS platform, preferably in Node.js Document and share knowledge to strengthen the team Who you are You're an experienced engineer who thinks beyond the code. You understand that infrastructure decisions are business decisions, and you naturally see how a platform serving 80 clients today can scale to serve 200. You have: Solid experience deploying and managing infrastructure on Microsoft Azure in production environments Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably in Azure DevOps A strong understanding of web infrastructure – HTTP, caching, CDN, and security Experience with Cloudflare or similar platforms Experience in backend development, preferably Node.js Experience working with AI solutions, on-premises or via cloud services Fluent English Experience from an agency or consultancy environment is a plus.
