About the RoleThis is a hands-on, end-to-end design role. One day you’ll be exploring big-picture ideas on a whiteboard; the next, you’re knee-deep in Figma refining every detail for developer handoff.You’re adaptable in your approach, knowing when to streamline and move fast, and when to dig deeper to ensure quality and impact. As a Product Designer at Simployer, you’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to solve meaningful problems. You'll lead initiatives, shape customer journeys, and design beautiful, intuitive UIs that bring real value to thousands of users. We're also counting on you to help shape how we work as a design team—because we’re building more than products; we’re building a strong design culture. Role Objective The primary goal of the QA role is to ensure quality throughout the entire development process, enabling the launch of a high-quality and stable product for users. As a QA, you are responsible for making sure the product meets requirements, functions as expected, and provides a great user experience. You will own the quality assurance efforts in close collaboration with the development team. What You’ll Do Plan, design, and execute tests to ensure our products meet quality standards and provide a great user experience. - Report, document, and track issues, collaborating closely with developers to resolve them efficiently. - Work closely with developers, designers, and product owners to ensure high-quality deliveries. - Estimate effort and complexity for new features together with the development team. - Continuously improve QA competencies and implement new manual testing techniques. - Use GenAI technologies to optimize testing, identify patterns, and automate repetitive tasks. - Participate in architecture and solution discussions to ensure testability and quality are built into the product from the start. - Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that increase quality and efficiency.
