Are you our new Customer Success Manager?

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Simployer you will ensure that our customers successfully adopt our product solutions by engaging with them at all stages in the customer life cycle. Your main goal is to lead the customer in the right direction for them to reach their desired outcome within HR Management and employee engagement. Through this you will drive retention, identify growth opportunities, and build community of ambassadors among our clients. Your responsibilities and tasks will be: - Manage your own customer portfolio throughout the full customer lifecycle from adoption to successful maturity, growth and advocacy. - Through regularly conducted touchpoints, establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with assigned customers and drive continued value of our solution and services. - Coordinate appropriate internal resources for each meeting, in order to obtain the desired outcome. - Develop and maintain a success plan in partnership with the client and execute against that plan - Manage contract renewals, expansion opportunities and proactive anti-churn work according to Simployers success strategy - Collect customer feedback regarding our products, and be an internal advocate for customer needs - Collaborate with our Product-, Marketing- and Salesteam to meet our customer expectations - Engage in different cross- functional projects, in order to scale more efficiently - Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the industry, the market, our competitors and relevant products and services. As a CSM, you will serve as the liaison between all parts of Simployer and the customer – facilitating collaboration between Product, Tech, Sales, Professional Services and other departments- all the time being the voice of the customer within our company. Therefore, it is a requirement that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, written and orally. Ditt team består av andra skatte- och momsexperter som alla arbetar på ett liknande sätt. Tjänsten innebär visst resande för kurser på annan ort, ca 10 - 20 dagar per år. Rollen innebär att på ett enkelt sätt – muntligt och skriftligt – förklara skatteregler och rättsfall, särskilt inom området för fåmansföretag, för våra kunder. Vi ger komplett service genom att: - Vara ett bollplank och besvara våra kunders frågor i olika kanaler - Bidra till att uppdatera och utveckla våra digitala produkter på skatteområdet med nyheter, artiklar, interaktiva verktyg, m m. - Utveckla och hålla kurser och webinar – både öppna och företagsanpassade (digitalt och on-site) - Kontinuerligt följa utvecklingen och fortsätta bygga vår ledande position inom skatterätt.
