The role includes end-to-end responsibility for how services are structured, developed, and governed. A key part of the role is to lead the transformation from a more operational and ticket-driven setup to a scalable, platform-oriented and automation-supported service model. You will define service offerings, SLAs, delivery models, and ways of working while aligning services with product direction and business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, and finance in a global organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and evolve managed services, operating models, and governance Drive service transformation, automation, and operational improvements Own and develop ITSM processes and ServiceNow-related workflows Lead and support team leads across service domains Ensure SLA adherence and service quality globally Coordinate suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders Support customer-facing activities and continuous service improvements Requirements You bring extensive experience from service management or managed services in technical environments, together with a strong track record of driving change and transformation. You also have experience leading managers and developing teams, while balancing strategic direction with a pragmatic and hands-on approach. It is important that you have experience from environments where services are closely connected to software, platforms, or digital products. This role is for analysts who go beyond resolving incidents—digging into networking, and system behavior to uncover the root causes behind problems others can’t explain. Job type: Full-time Workplace conditions: Hybrid Location: Gothenburg, Sweden About the Role: We’re looking for a 3rd line NOC analyst who can take on complex, cross-layer issues that go beyond configuration and require understanding how the system actually behaves under load, mobility, and failure conditions. Your mission: dig deep, untangle complex issues, and collaborate with product teams to transform uncertainty into clarity. By pinpointing root causes or uncovering the right feature ideas, you’ll help shape elegant, lasting solutions that make a real difference. Key responsibilities: Investigating escalated issues across onboard systems: intermittent connectivity, packet loss, latency spikes client experience degradation under load or poor RF conditions Analysing packet flow across: Onboard LAN/Wi‑Fi → router → cellular uplinks Troubleshooting environments with: Multiple WAN links (LTE/5G/LEO), NAT, QoS, VPNs Fluctuating signal quality and handovers Identifying where problems occur: Client side, Linux networking stack, configuration, or hardware behavior Supporting incident resolution and long-term fixes: Working with software, embedded, and product teams when needed Creating tools, methods, and documentation to improve troubleshooting efficiency Requirements: Strong Linux troubleshooting skills: Tcpdump, ip, iptables, logs, system behaviour Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, NAT, VLANs Ability to trace issues across layers: Troubleshooting across all layers of the OSI model on board and in the cloud Experience working with hardware: Routers, Wi‑Fi APs, or similar network equipment Handling unclear or intermittent problems in production system The following skills we see as meritorious: Exposure to cellular networks (LTE/5G behaviour, failover, signal impact) Experience in high-availability or multi-link environments Background in NOC, escalation teams, or advanced support roles Who You Are: You are a curious mind—part detective, part problem-solver—someone who won’t stop at surface-level answers. You will be based in Gothenburg and report to the Head of People & Culture EMEA. Job type: Full-time Workplace conditions: Hybrid Location: Gothenburg, Sweden Key responsibilities In this role, you will work hands-on across payroll and People operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly, accurately, and reliably across multiple countries. You will also be responsible for: Owning and running the Swedish payroll process end-to-end on a monthly basis Coordinating external payroll providers across EMEA Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across countries Handling People administration, including joiner–mover–leaver processes and contract updates Maintaining employee data and supporting reporting in HR systems Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of payroll and People processes Requirements To succeed in this role, we believe you have hands-on experience working with end-to-end payroll processes, including running payroll independently, as well as experience collaborating with outsourced payroll providers. The role carries end‑to‑end responsibility for how Enterprise IT supports the business, both strategically and operationally.
