THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an experienced HR Compliance Lead to join our People & Communication team. Broader HR Compliance Perspective: Interest in and ability to work across broader People & Culture related regulatory requirements beyond traditional employment law. Fluency in English is required; working knowledge or fluency in Norwegian is an advantage CORE RESPONSIBILITIES As our HR Compliance Lead, you will ensure our people practices remain robust, equitable, and aligned across the Nordic region. Serving as Vend’s subject matter expert on Nordic labour law and HR compliance, you will advise People Partners and business leaders through organizational changes, complex employee relations cases, and union interactions.
