About the role We're looking for a Product Owner to lead and optimize our customer journeys — from the very first sign-up to long-term engagement. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally across product, UX, marketing, tech and customer success, driving initiatives that directly impact growth and retention. You’ll own the roadmap for our core customer touchpoints and make sure they support a seamless experience across the customer lifecycle. About the role We're hiring a Product Owner to lead our partner integrations – covering EHR systems, and clinical management platforms and other customer systems. You’ll be responsible for driving strategic and technical efforts to ensure our integrations are robust, secure, and scalable. Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, and external partners, you'll define integration architecture and technical requirements while shaping how Qbtech connects with the broader healthcare ecosystem. Essential responsibilities: Set the direction for how to approach partner integrations in a scalable way Own and evolve our public-facing API product Prioritize and own the backlog for integration initiatives Manage technical documentation and compliance with standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) Coordinate integration projects with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders What we’re looking for You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. About the role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (SSE) for backend works in our product engineering team with systems / services development for the Qbtech platform. Primary implementation languages are Java & Kotlin. The main focus of the work is coding (development) but an SSE works with the entire software delivery lifecycle. The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden and will report to Engineering Manager. There is no possibility of a complete remote role. This is Hybrid with at least 3 days a week from office. Essential Duties and responsibilities Qbtech’s development of products and services are controlled by Qbtech Quality Management Systems, international standards and certificates as well as specific laws. In accordance with those, essential duties and responsibilities are: Develop and document new product features & stories. Code reviews for peers. Maintain and improve legacy code. Manage DevOps and cloud infrastructure provisioning. Manage software deployment. Troubleshooting/investigation of incidents and bug fixing. We are looking for someone who has Extensive development skills using Java and Kotlin. Strong problem-solving mentality. Knowledge of the Ktor framework. Knowledge of at least one well known test framework such as Junit. Good knowledge of network infrastructure related to web application (examples: load balancer, firewall, security groups, CDN etc.). Experience of working with service provisioning for at least one of the following cloud services platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure). Experience of an infrastructure as code (Terraform).
