Lead Instrumentation Engineer Role Context: You will be based in Stenungsund as a Lead Instrumentation Engineer and be the focal point for specific projects, providing instrumentation engineering services that comply with our and customers' regulatory specifications, and delivering on time and within budget. You'll be: Define project requirements, promote workshare when appropriate, assign tasks, supervise progress, and manage resource needs with the discipline manager. Ensure services meet our customers ' and regulatory standards within budget and deadlines. Support and mentor junior team members Communicate effectively with the instrumentation engineering team and project stakeholders, including customers. Perform various instrumentation engineering tasks, including: Participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports, and follow checking procedures. Ensure project scope clarity and manage changes according to project change management processes. Provide assistance and advice during procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, such as writing requisitions, conducting technical bid evaluations, and drafting purchase orders. Identify issues, develop solutions, and seek assistance when needed. Proactively resolve discrepancies between Worley's and customers' requirements. Stay updated with the latest developments and technical innovations in instrumentation engineering. You'll have: A B.Sc. or Master’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering / Automation. Experience as a lead engineer with extensive instrumentation engineering expertise. Strong technical and practical skills with a proven track record of delivering quality, accurate, and timely work. Merit to have, Solid understanding of fundamental instrumentation engineering requirements and basic knowledge of other engineering fields. Familiarity with relevant codes of practice, standards, and statutory documentation. Experience with design, assessment methods, and analytical techniques in instrumentation engineering. Ability to estimate man-hours and materials for tasks. Experience with smart engineering tools, such as Smart Instrumentation. Rollkontext Som Administrative Assistant kommer du att spela en viktig roll i våra projekt genom att säkerställa att teknisk dokumentation hanteras korrekt, uppdateras enligt kundkrav och levereras i tid. Du kommer också jobba nära kundens eget team för hantering av de dokument som levereras. Tekniska/funktionella ansvarsområden: Upprätta procedurer och implementera införandet av ändringar i tekniska dokument för tilldelat projekt. Granska dokumentation samt metadata före leverans till kund. Kopiering och scanning av teknisk dokumentation. Säkerställa att kundkrav implementeras Säkerställa att projektdokumentationen slutförs och levereras till kund Arkivera inkommande kommentarer samt utskick i SharePoint/Aconex Uppdatera kontaktlistor i och matriser i Worleys projektsystem. Ladda upp dokument till SharePoint för kunds räkning Kvalifikationer Minst 5 års erfarenhet varav 2-3 år av Projektdokumentation inom industi önskvärt. Vana vid att hantera flera projekt och uppgifter samtidigt, samt att självständigt kunna prioritera och slutföra uppgifter. Du bör vara öppen och flexibel då uppgifter kan variera. Tjänsten kräver mycket god kommunikativ förmåga både i tal och skrift, samt hög känsla för service. Språk: Mycket goda kunskaper i både Svenska och Engelska. God kunskap i MS Office Önskvärd kunskap inom SharePoint, Aconex och SAP eller andra Projektsystem. B-körkort. You will, among other tasks, work to establish and maintain project plans, defining, understanding, communicating, and meeting the requirements of the customer and give assistance to team members for problem solving and, if necessary, training and guidance. As most of our projects are executed in portfolio teams close to customer, we have the benefit of receiving constant feedback between design and execution and we currently are executing projects in nearly all the Nordic countries. You will have daily contact with people working in the projects and be one of the contact persons for our customers. When managing a project, you will be assigned a team from our extensive network with a high level of competence which will enable you to work together with multi-disciplines and departments to ensure timely execution of projects both safely and with high level of quality. You will: Ensuring that the overall activities of the project team are effectively planned and coordinated and that the individual members are working to and meeting detailed schedules. Preparing and implementing Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Project Procedures Ensuring the scope of work is well defined and understood and that any changes to the scope are to be finalized and agreed upon, both externally and internally. Administration of the project contract and ensures that the appropriate team members are equally informed Provide project management on various sizes of projects. Lead multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate efforts with support groups ensuring a quality on-time product for our customer and a financially successful project. Provide technical support as part of an engineering team on projects as needed. Project development - provide technical support for the development of projects (conceptual through final design and construction). Lead and/or support proposal efforts being able to work with multiple disciplines and subcontractors for developing scope and competitive pricing. Expand on relationships and workload with current customers and lead efforts in pursuit of new customers. You'll have: Experience of FEED/ Detailed Design and EPC or PMC projects and demonstratable experience in all project phases Experience with directly managing vendors Knowledge of other engineering disciplines. Knowledge of international equipment specifications and codes. Knowledge of standard international specifications and codes. Knowledge of Safety and Quality procedures. Typically, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Chartered Status preferred. Related experience working for Engineering/Client organisations in the Oil & Gas or manufacturing Industry.
