Manager II, Piping Engineer – WORLEY SWEDEN The future for Worley Sweden is exciting, we are growing and new sustainability projects will be starting up. We have an opening for a business-minded, development-focused, and experienced Manager for our piping, civil/structural function in our Sweden office – based in Kungälv or Stenungsund The Role You will lead a team of 20 engineering professionals within the piping, civil, and structural engineering disciplines. You will be part of the extended management team in Sweden, report to the Manager of Engineering Sweden, and of course become well connected to the large project engineering community within Worley. Key Accountabilities Leadership Be inclusive and inspire people and teams to develop. Build confidence and capacity to deliver what matters. Maintain and increase the trusted space to challenge and learn Build a vision for the future together with the team and ensure the way to reach it Business Operations Collaboration and networking within the global Worley engineering community Drive the digitalization roadmap for your discipline Secure staffing of projects, both short- and long-term Review and support your team to develop engineering documents, drawings specifications, and cost estimates. Develop training and development plans for your team. Business Development Build relationships with customers and future employees. Support in creating customer proposals. Secure discipline capability addressing our customers' future requirements You'll have: Technical background and experience in piping, civil, or structural engineering. Worked in a multi-discipline engineering organization. Project execution experience within the EPCm/EPC project environment. Leadership experience. Engineering Degree from a university. Manager of Engineering – WORLEY SWEDEN We have an opening for a business minded, development focused and experienced Manager for our Engineering function in our Sweden office. The future for Worley Sweden is exciting, we are growing with new sustainability projects being secured, new customers coming onboard and now looking for a new Manager of Engineering. The role: You will lead a team of four first line managers and a handful of engineering specialists. Together you manage ~100 engineers in our Engineering organization in Kungälv and Stenungsund. You will be part of the management team in Sweden, report to the General manager, and of course become well connected to the large project engineering community within Worley. Senior Piping Engineer

Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects. Role Context You'll join our Piping team and work on projects from the start to the end, including planning and doing the work. You will Ensure projects meet standards, schedule, and budget. Be responsible for starting, overseeing, and finishing projects, and you might even lead them. Attend meetings, track progress, and ensure proper procedures for changes. Provide guidance and manage paperwork during purchasing, building, and testing phases. Outline project requirements, assign tasks, and ensure progress if leading a project. Stay updated on piping innovations and assist junior staff. Maintain effective communication with the team and customers. You'll have A recognized degree in the relevant engineering discipline or equivalent. Effective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate, and timely work to Worley and its customers. A sound knowledge of the fundamental requirements of piping engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields. A working knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications. Substantial technical land practical experience in piping engineering in the same or similar industry. Strong communication skills and natural leadership abilities.
