Account Manager New Business

As an Account Manager New Business at findcourses, your primary responsibility is to drive new sales by actively engaging with potential client prospects. This involves initiating and nurturing relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions from findcourses' portfolio of services. Your role focuses on expanding the client base and creating opportunities for growth through effective sales strategies and client engagement techniques. Responsibilities - Prospecting, presenting, pitching, and closing new business in the North American market. - Developing a strong client portfolio and implementing practices for strategic growth. - Drive sales by phone, video conferences and through face-to-face meetings with clients. - Continuously reach monthly and half yearly sales targets. - Continuously use the systems and tools given to you by your manager to report and follow up on your sales activities. - Forecast and track key account metrics. - Responsible for the whole sales process - from prospecting to signing. - Contracts and supporting the economy in receiving final payment from clients. - Being a self starter and a good team player, always puts the team first. Required competences: - Some experience in B2B sales preferred, but not necessary. - Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets. - Ability in problem-solving and negotiation is preferable. - Experience in finding solutions based on client needs. - Excellent English language verbal and written communications skills (no Swedish required) Educational level: - Sales related education. Admissions Specialist (Studentrekrytering och Administration)

Vikariat 10 månader maj 2024 - feb 2025 med möjlighet till förlängning. Om rollen Som Admissions Specialist ansvarar du för ansökningar till ett flertal av Blueberrys partneruniversitet världen över. Du kommer aktivt jobba med att etablera och bibehålla nära relationer med studenter och vägleda dem i deras val av utbildning utomlands samt i ansökningsprocessen och processer som CSN, visum med mera. I denna roll ansvarar du också för att i Sverige sälja in program och kurser på våra partneruniversitet utomlands där du har god kommunikation med studenter och vägleder dem i deras val av utbildning utomlands utifrån vårt utbud. Typiska arbetsuppgifter - Ansvara för administration av ansökningsprocessen till våra partneruniversitet utomlands. - Jobba för att effektivisera och förbättra administrativa processer och tillvägagångssätt. - Administrera studentansökningar i Blueberrys CRM-system. - Aktiv kommunikation och rådgivning med studenter genom mejl, telefon, video och fysiska möten under ansökningsprocessen. - Underhålla och förstärka relationer till våra partners utomlands och främst med respektive universitets admissions-team. - Arbeta aktivt för att omvandla ansökningar till kunder, genom att strukturerat hantera ansökningar, inspirera studenter till att göra klart ansökningen och hjälpa dem i processen för att komma iväg. - Underhåll och korrekturläsning av tilldelade sidor på hemsidan. - Ansvara för rekrytering till ett visst antal skolor (telefon, video, mejl och face to face) av svenska studenter som vill studera utomlands.
