Content Designer

We are looking for a Content Designer to help us level up the craft at Candy Crush. You will work with a cross-functional team on new and existing game features and content design initiatives, creating business value while delivering unforgettable experiences that delight players across the world. Sounds like an exciting challenge ? We can't wait to meet you! Your role within the Kingdom Content Design is one of the rapidly growing crafts in Candy Crush Saga. As part of a cross-functional team, you will be working closely with UX designers and researchers to craft user journeys and design content that meets player needs and guides them to where they want to go. In this role, you will report to the Associate Director of Content Design and be part of the wider UX organization at Candy Crush Saga. Your responsibilities would include: Collaborate with other crafts like Narrative Design, UX Design, UX Research, UI, and Game Design to build and uphold the UX vision for the game. Partner with product collaborators in using players insights to improve features and game experience. Represent the players’ needs through analysis, empathy, and balancing them with our business needs. Write clear, concise, and useful microcopy for mobile game experiences. Work with other Content Designers to maintain and evolve content guidelines, build content standard methodologies, and develop ways of working. Raise awareness about Content Design across collaborators and teams in Candy Crush Saga and contribute to the development of the craft. Present your design work and clearly articulate and support your content design decisions within your feature team and other collaborators through excellent communication skills. Work with the Globalization team to help make our games accessible and outstanding around the world. Requirements Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. You are familiar with the fundamentals of Interaction Design and Information Architecture. You can follow a Design Thinking process. Bonus Points Have a portfolio that demonstrates a history of projects as well as their outcomes and takeaways. Experience working with design tools like Figma and content management tools like Lokalise. Experience working with UX researchers to validate content decisions. Experience working in a product organization. Exposure to an Agile environment. AB testing experience. Senior Product Manager

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to foster the development and growth on our economy platform. This is a growth area for us as there is an increasing demand of operational control over rewards, in-app purchases, seasons, tournaments, and special events in all our games. This is a critical role as it is part of the team that helps games manage all the interactions with players that generate revenue. The role sits within King’s shared tech organization which is responsible for providing the shared platform on which all our games run. As a Product Manager in shared tech you will pair with engineering, game developers, UX and other product managers to define the future of our platform and provide the base that all of King’s games are built on. Your role within the Kingdom Proactively identify and prioritise opportunities of investment. Evaluate the business impact of these opportunities. Work with engineering and UX to discover the best solution for the identified opportunities and plan how to build them. Own and make sure the team has a clear understanding of what are the problems worth solving, why, the impact that they yield and their priority. Follow up and support the delivery of the solutions discovered. Keep constant communication with stakeholders and other business and technology areas for alignment, updates and follow up of projects. Represent the team and be able to show and tell deliverables and impact. Skills to Create Thrills You have solid experience in product management in a fast paced environment. You love solving problems through solutions that are created iteratively and in conjunction with engineers and stakeholders and have experience with high-scale products that are used by millions of users. Ideally you have previous experience in the area of payments management and platform operation. At least 5 years of experience as Product Manager of digital products Experience in high-scale products used by millions of users Experience in handling product development following agile principles Can execute product management responsibilities without much guidance Talent for building strong professional relationships and strong influencing and communication skills Used to a multicultural, multinational working environment Curious, empathic, respect others and a good team player Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done Preferably experience in the gaming industry Data-driven decision making Preferably experience in backoffice and user experience design Applications need to be in English.
