This position is located at our headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. The responsibilities In this role, your main focus will be the ongoing management of inventory funding, retail financing, and retail insurance products and related services with a primary focus on retail finance. Combined with this you will be the key interface and go-to person in between headquarters, market teams, and external financial services partners, including: - Develop, maintain, and improve the overall governance model. - Manage ongoing operations which include process improvement, customer journey refinement, coordination of reporting and pricing activities as well as periodical marketing and campaign actions. - Support markets to achieve their business performance targets (volume growth, penetration levels, renewals, commission income) both for retail finance and insurance by analyzing performance metrics, and developing and executing jointly agreed action plans. The ideal candidate We are looking for you who appreciate learning and development through performing your task and take great own responsibility in delivering results and contributing to the growth. We believe you are flexible and analytical with a problem-solving mindset supplemented by a hands-on attitude. In this role, it´s also important with strong business acumen, structure, and the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute work with several different stakeholders involved. To be a great fit for this position we believe you’ve had similar responsibilities from a company within finance, automotive, insurance, leasing, retail banking, or finance consulting. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications: - About 5-10 years of relevant work-life experience. - Finished University/Higher Vocational Education in a relevant field. - Demonstrated understanding of automotive finance/insurance products and related processes, ideally complemented with a good understanding of the latest e-commerce trends. - Familiarity with business planning techniques and processes. - Prepared for light, ad-hoc traveling within Europe.
