We’re now looking for a Junior Web Editor to join our Group Communications team — someone who thrives on structure, coordination, and digital innovation. About the role As our new Junior Web Editor, you’ll play a key role in managing and evolving our digital presence. In this role, you’ll act as a key coordinator across teams, ensuring that web content is accurate, timely, and aligned with business goals while also supporting the technical and operational aspects of our digital platforms. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and communicators to keep our Group website running smoothly and effectively. In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across international markets and at Group level, ensuring alignment and consistency in our digital presence. Your responsibilities Coordinating updates and improvements to the Group website and other digital platforms. Acting as a liaison between content owners, developers, and designers to ensure smooth execution of web projects. Maintaining structured processes for content updates, approvals, and publishing. Monitoring content accuracy, consistency, and performance and flag opportunities for improvement. Supporting the integration of AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, enhance quality control, and improve user experience. Tracking and reporting on web performance metrics using tools like GA4. Ensuring content aligns with SEO, accessibility, and UX best practices. This role may also include additional tasks and responsibilities beyond those listed above, depending on team needs and your interests and strengths. Who you are You bring 3–5 years of experience in web coordination, digital communications, or content planning, creation and management. You have a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or another related field. You are comfortable working with CMS platforms and have a basic understanding of HTML/CSS. You are familiar with SEO, UX/UI principles, and web analytics (especially GA4). You are a strong communicator in English (Swedish is a plus), with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail. You are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You are a team player who also works well independently and takes initiative. The Product Manager Integration Platform is a function within Securitas intelligent services (SIS). You are responsible for managing the product roadmap for integrations and its backlog, and to ensure that the roadmap and backlog represents the priorities of the business. The objectives of the role are to further mature the offering and contribute to rapid implementation and adoption of the solution while ensuring that the development resources are directed to the highest business value. In addition, you are accountable for continuity and delivery performance of service operations, quality assurance and operational readiness. Ensure each User Story in the backlog describes the supposed business value. Participate in Global Business Product Owners’ prioritization work. The Demand-to-Production end-to-end process for converting business demands to deployed code. Determine the roadmap of the platform and initiate and drive the initiatives accordingly. Own the Service Description document, that describes the offering from Securitas IT to the business. Leading the Platform Core Team consisting of an Integration Architect, a Development Lead and other roles. Ensure 3rd party solution provider follows best practices and maintains service level agreements. Lead different streams of the solution, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets. Develop problem management process and service improvement plans. Ensure business and technical parties are represented in the definition and evolution of services via the Business and IT Product Owners. Ensure AMS Vendor follows best practices and maintains service level agreements. Key Deliverables: Demand prioritization. Service description document. Service status report. Service improvement plans. Key Partnerships: IT Transformation Director – align on the overall status of the Platform, escalate any issues to the Director as necessary. Enterprise architecture – align on applicable architectural guiderails and principles. Integration Architect & Development lead – alignment on integration development and dependencies. IT Product Owners – align on the priorities for the backlog. Solution Architects – discuss priority conflicts, if necessary. Business Analyst – collaborate on product issues, performance and future strategy. Requirements: Technical Skills: Experience with integration platforms, middleware solutions, and enterprise service buses (ESBs). Experience from delivering integration services in a global environment. Experience of managing mission critical integration platforms with exceedingly high resilience requirements. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle and Azure for integration purposes. Knowledge of data formats and transformation (JSON, XML, CSV, etc.). Experience with authentication and security protocols (OAuth, JWT, SAML). Strong project and product management skills (product lifecycle management, IT services pricing).
