Job Description As an in-house Technical Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with external customers. You’ll also maintain open communication with managers and team members. Here are the key aspects of the role: Oversee sales activities across the entire company, working towards performance goals. Manage the complete sales cycle from creating opportunities to delivering quotations. Handle purchase orders and keep customers informed about order delivery status. Provide consistent support and maintenance for internal systems and external customer purchase portals. Maintain accurate sales activity data to assist remote Regional Sales Managers and channel partners worldwide. Actively follow up on open opportunities to enhance sales conversions. Engage in company-wide process-improvement efforts related to sales. Monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular reports and maintaining up-to-date sales forecasts. Be prepared for occasional business travel in and outside Sweden. Report to the Sales Manager. The role is based in Sweden, while primary focus is on the North American market. Due to time zone differences, your working hours will span both day and afternoon. Qualifications The ideal candidate possesses experience in highly complex technical sales of microelectronics and software. You thrive in sales administration, enjoy supporting and managing customers, and excel at organization. Key qualifications include: A deep understanding of technology with a BSc or MSc in engineering or physics. Excellent written and spoken English skills, with proficiency in Swedish as well. Frontgrade Gaisler seeks a skilled IT Administrator to join our mission-critical team in central Gothenburg! Job description In your role as a IT systems administrator you will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and improving our Linux and Windows workstations, shared servers, and network infrastructure. This means supporting and follow up on IT issues and proposing new approaches and services that would improve the daily work of your new colleagues. The responsibilities also include procurement of equipment, software, and external services. Most of the services are standard services such as web and IMAP servers, LDAP, Active Directory, NFS etc. and some of the services provided by the IT infrastructure are related to the technical work performed by the hardware and software design teams. Such services could for example be EDA tools, automated testing services built around Jenkins/Docker and specific toolchains at our build servers. Qualifications We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience within Unix/Linux, Windows servers, and workstation management. We require good verbal communication skills in English and good knowledge in Swedish, a strong general interest in new IT technologies and a solution oriented mindset.
