WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As our Key Account Leader within IKEA for Business, you’ll help grow our business by building strong partnerships and winning great deals. Your days will include: - Leading high-impact RFPs, shaping strong proposals and negotiating competitive agreements. - Building and developing long-term relationships with key business customers. - Overseeing the delivery of large contracts and ensuring a smooth customer experience. - Driving the full commercial opportunity pipeline, from first contact to signed agreement and follow-up. - Working closely with colleagues across functions to secure great results for our customers and IKEA.

Your days will vary, but here's a flavour of what you'll do: - Drive global sales, profitability and long-term growth for your business area. - Work closely with markets, range and supply teams to shape a strong and relevant product offer. - Turn global strategy into real action across both physical and digital customer meeting points. - Follow up performance, identify opportunities and adjust direction when needed. - Strengthen ways of working, tools and competence across markets to create consistency and impact. - Lead with values, inspire collaboration and make sure sustainability is part of everything we do.
