About the position As Senior Art Director at Dometic you will play a key role in Dometic's global brand transformation, shaping our visual and verbal world together with our global creative head and ensuring our communication resonates with adventurers everywhere. The role is positioned at the HQ office in Stockholm, Solna Strand and you report to our Global Head of Creative. Your main responsibilities - Collaborate with other Global marketing and product segments to create compelling, high-impact campaigns ideas that makes a dint for our customers and consumers in our different segments. - Art direction: At Global Marketing, we touch everything, from digital content to photo shoots for product and global brand campaigns. You will help other regions create top-tier visual designs that reflect our brand's adventurous spirit. - Work closely with other internal teams, confidently presenting concepts and incorporating feedback to elevate our creative output. - Provide guidance and inspire the Global Marketing team and regional teams, fostering a creative environment where bold ideas thrive. A suitable background would be at least 7 years’ experience as an Art Director or in a senior creative role – ideally within consumer goods or outdoor gear – as well as possessing the following qualifications and experiences: - A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field. - Experience from working both in agency and inhouse. - Strong track record; An award-winning portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of storytelling and branding across a variety of consumer touch-points (online and off). - Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. Bilingual in Swedish is a plus. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, lnDesign) and Figma – you are fluent in pixels and vectors. About the position In Dometic Group we drive an extensive program for automation and digitalization of our flows and processes. Every month more than 700 000 transactions are handled towards customers and suppliers both externally and internally on a global level and within 6 different regions. Power Platform is our automation platform on a global level and the primary choice to drive speed to innovation next to the business system rollout. As Power Platform Automation Lead you will function as a hands-on tech specialist and advisor in driving the development, optimization and governance of Power Platform solutions. The role focuses on creating and automating workflows, leveraging AI and Copilot technologies and ensure robust governance frameworks, to enhance productivity and drive speed to innovation The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams on a global level to deliver scalable and efficient digital solutions that align with organizational goals and drive digital transformation. In this position, you will work close to our Digitalization Strategist and report to Global Head of Digital Workplace. About the position As M&A Manager you will play an important role in Dometic’s transformation journey by driving acquisition and divestment projects. The M&A manager will lead and co-ordinate both internal and external resources with the support from Head of M&A, to whom the position reports. Further, the M&A manager will work to ensure best practices are being defined and implemented, both for acquisitions and carve-outs/divesture. The M&A Manager will contribute to the strategic work of the group by performing analyses and develop sharp and well-structured presentation materials for evaluation and decision-making. Your main responsibilities Project management of M&A and carve-out processes, with support from Head of M&A – including hands-on project co-ordination and leadership of the different workstreams in an M&A process, from start to finish. Support the Dometic group with financial and commercial analysis and evaluation of its business operations, markets, competitors and various strategic options. Support business segments with strategic planning and execution, by searching for acquisition targets and analyzing its potential strategic, commercial, financial, organizational and cultural fit. Perform financial modelling and valuation analysis of acquisition targets and divesture candidates.
