Product Manager

We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead our Open Energy Data team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our innovative software solutions to meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for driving the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product outcomes. Our Open Energy Data team is tasked with building connections to various types of open data sources, for example energy data hubs, price data and CO2 data. The focus is heavily on mapping out, understanding and building integrations, but also to create a simple end user experience for consumers and make it easy for developers to implement solutions on top of our platform. We are looking for a product manager with a strong technical background that does not hesitate to dig into documentations and map out requirements. Good understanding of the energy industry and hands-on experience from data integration projects is a big plus. Responsibilities: Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and improve existing products. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals. Develop and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, market analysis, and business objectives. Work closely with engineers and product designers to ensure timely and successful product delivery. Communicate product plans, progress, and performance metrics to stakeholders and executive leadership. Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization. Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, conduct competitive analysis, and make data-driven decisions to improve product adoption and customer satisfaction. Act as a product evangelist, providing sales enablement and supporting marketing efforts through effective messaging, demos, and training materials. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in product, computer science, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Manager in a software or technology-driven company, preferably in the SaaS industry. Experience from the energy industry is a plus. Experience for various types of data integrations projects. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data to inform product decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Familiarity with SaaS concepts, platforms, and solutions is highly desirable. A passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences. Understanding of product marketing and experience building goto market solutions. Client Success Manager

Are you ready to work with a world-class team and help disrupt the energy industry and the way consumers use energy and interact with utility companies? Are you excited to develop strong relationships and expand our business with large energy companies? At Eliq, you'll be joining a fast growing SaaS startup that helps utility companies accelerate the clean energy transition and transform end-customer experience. Currently, we serve 15+ utilities with our SaaS service, energy analytics, white-label mobile apps, enabling millions of consumers to understand and manage their energy usage and are on a mission to reach 100s of millions of end-customers over the coming years. We're now expanding our Customer Success team to accelerate the growth in Europe. The Role: As the business is growing quickly in Europe, we are now looking to grow our Customer Success team who work closely with our European clients (energy suppliers). As a Customer Success Manager, it is your job to ensure clients get the maximum value out of the Eliq platform, become advocates of the solution and ultimately to renew and grow their business with Eliq. You will follow up on engagement metrics on behalf of our customers and work closely with the product team. You help clients engage end-customers with their energy consumption, accelerate the green energy transition and facilitate the ability in offering new energy related services, directly from your mobile phone. Examples of key responsibilities are: Make our clients satisfied, leverage our services and reach joint goals, Analyse client data to identify new opportunities and scale each account, Develop supporting materials/documents with help from the team, Manage and help to close upgrades opportunities with help from the sales team, Represent Eliq at relevant conferences and tradeshows and ensure proper positioning of the company’s products and services. Requirements: 2+ years of working experience in customer success, account management, project management, product management or business development, Highly motivated and you’re a very strong communicator, have a commercial mind-set and enjoy working with people, Excellent communication skills in a [local] language and English (other European languages may also be of value), As a person you take responsibility for what you do by being structured and drive your work, You are solution oriented and work well with complex issues and enjoy working with others, Technical skills such as SQL or other data processing knowledge desirable but not essential Knowledge of the Utility industry is a bonus BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience. Location: The role, which reports to the Head of Client Success will be based at our Swedish Headquarters in Gothenburg, but we expect you will need to travel to customers around the UK/Europe one or two days per week Remuneration: Attractive basic salary, plus results based incentive, paid holidays, pension and expenses.
