The position as Brand Manager Marabou Equity and Activation is now available for someone who wants to join a fun and ambitious team working to make a difference. We are looking for someone with a hunger for chocolate — and an equal appetite for growing the business, the brand, and themselves. You will be part of a tight team collaborating across countries and functions. You will implement the brand strategy taking it out in communication and activations to drive sustainable brand and business growth. The responsibility is for Sweden, but the position has a key role in the Nordic chocolate team. Main responsibility You will own the Marabou brand strategy and bring it to life through insight-led communication and activations. Brand guardian — You will protect and nurture what makes Marabou loved. From positioning to visual identity, you will make sure the brand feels like Marabou everywhere it shows up — across touchpoints, countries, and business units. Consumer curious — You will dig into research, data, and cultural trends to uncover what moves our consumers — and turn those insights into opportunities that keep Marabou relevant and irresistible. Trend spotter — You will keep your finger on the pulse of what's happening in culture, in the category, and among competitors — so Marabou always stays one step ahead. Activation lead — You will plan, execute, and evaluate integrated campaigns across channels — the kind that make people stop, smile, and reach out for Marabou. Performance tracker — You will keep a close eye on brand KPIs (penetration, awareness, consideration etc) and turn the numbers into clear next steps. Agency partner — You will brief and manage our creative, media, and activation agencies — pushing for brilliant work while keeping things on time and on budget. Team player — You will collaborate close with other functions and markets, sharing ideas and raising the bar together. What you will bring A love of chocolate & Marabou is a given. Beyond that: 5+ years experience in brand management or marketing, ideally in FMCG Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into creative briefs Experience working with creative and media agencies. Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills You are energized by ambitious targets and always looking for the next level You know how to influence others - not by pushing, but by making them genuinely excited about the idea Knowledge of the Nordic FMCG/retail market is a plus A business/marketing related degree More about this role Education / Certifications: University degree in economics or business administration is preferred.
