We are now looking for a Senior Material Artist Who you are:We're looking for someone who is friendly and helpful, but also hardworking and efficient. You are a person dedicated to material art for creating and optimizing materials and shaders that enhance the visual quality of the game. You will be acting as a bridge between the art and technical art teams. We see that you have; Minimum 5 years experience in the games industry from a similar role (AA or AAA). Experience of a full AA/AAA dev cycle from conception to release. Work very independently and assume responsibility. Knowledge on PBR rendering. A good understanding of light / material interactions, both in game engines and in the physical world. Work with current industry standard Programs (Substance Designer/ Substance Painter, etc.). Created or worked with shaders using for instance HLSL. Strong collaborative and communication skills across disciplines. Great English communication skills, both written and spoken. What you'll do: As a Senior Material Artist you will; Create and tweak materials based on project requirements and feedback. Design, develop, and optimize materials and shaders to meet both artistic and performance goals. Collaborate closely with artists and technical artists across departments. Research and implement new tools and workflows for improved efficiency and visual fidelity. Troubleshoot material-related issues in the game engine. Maintain and document a reusable materials library. Mentor junior and mid-level team members, promoting best practices. We are now looking for a Senior Technical Artist Being a Technical Artist means you’re the linking pin between tech and art, you speak both languages and you can ensure all artwork meets the technical specs in order for the artwork to be used in our game project. Who you are: You have at least 5 years of experience within the industry as a technical artist You’re skilled in tools creation and have a knack for optimizing artistic workflows Ideally, you’ve shipped at least one AAA project and are familiar with the technical challenges involved You’ve got a strong grasp of procedural generation, scripting, and shading You communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in writing and verbally Strong proficiency in Python and HLSL Proficiency in 3D Modelling software like Maya or Blender If you happen to know C++ and/or Houdini, that would be an added bonus but certainly not mandatory! What you'll do As a Technical Artist, you will be the crucial bridge between tech and art, ensuring all artwork meets technical specifications and is ready for use in our projects. Specifically, you will: Monitor, flag, and communicate concerns between artistic goals and technical limitations within the development pipeline; Collaborate closely with content creators (level designers, artists, audio teams) to solve technical problems; Develop and maintain tools that improve the efficiency of the art team; Provide technical feedback and support to artists; Keep our development setup at the cutting edge by staying on top of industry trends. We are now looking for a Tech ManagerThe Tech Manager will be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly in their tech team. They manage programmers, engineers and other parts of the tech team from different disciplines and experience levels, helping them grow their skills while also aligning their work with the studio's goals. They understand both the needs of our players and the overall project requirements and use this knowledge to guide individual development plans. The Tech Manager is great at building relationships, giving clear feedback, and nurturing talent. They are comfortable with tough conversations when needed and fosters a safe, collaborative work environment. They are in charge of the growth and performance of their team members, handle hiring for relevant roles, and conduct development talks, salary discussions, and regular performance reviews to ensure the team continues to improve. You will not work directly with programming in the project but rather lead, coach, and influence the professions, as well as making sure the rest of the company uses their skills in the best way possible.
