As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing the sales effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency for our Enterprise Sales Division. Your role will be to ensure streamlined processes, manage forecasting, analyze sales data, and improve sales performance through strategic collaboration with regional sales leadership and cross-functional teams. Your key responsibilities include: Administer and report on booking & revenue forecasting, improving accuracy and driving adoption of forecasting tools and dashboards. Develop annual operating plans for the sales team in collaboration with Sales Leaders and Business Performance teams, ensuring optimal target setting, capacity planning, and account distribution. Analyze sales data and trends, implementing programs to continuously improve sales performance. Maximize the use of Sales Tools (e.g., Gong, Salesforce, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and ensure effective adoption of new tools and processes. Optimize CRM data management and hygiene, driving adoption of CRM best practices. Train and onboard new sales team members and leaders while enhancing sales processes. Requirements: Several years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations, including Sales Operations management experience. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and sales automation tools, with the ability to learn and master other productivity tools. Superior analytical skills, with experience manipulating and analyzing data to drive business improvements. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred). Soft Requirements: Strong communication skills and active listening ability. Ability to prioritize and plan efficiently. A culture champion who actively promotes diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Proven ability to mediate and resolve conflicts fairly while maintaining confidentiality. A consultative approach to working with sales teams and advising on strategic improvements. Nice to have: Experience with sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. As the Head of Music Curation, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of music discovery and editorial content at Epidemic Sound. Your role will be to lead a dynamic team of curators and develop innovative strategies that drive music curation excellence across our platforms. You’ll collaborate with Product, Enterprise, and Marketing teams to create impactful, data-driven music experiences for creators and artists alike. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Curation team, while managing, mentoring, and growing a high-performing group of curators. You’ll also play a pivotal role in expanding our partnerships with Enterprise Clients and driving revenue through curated music services. By leveraging your deep expertise in music curation, you will enhance our editorial content and client curation, and make a lasting impact on the way people discover music. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s overarching mission to create the best possible music experiences for our customers, and your influence will be felt across teams globally. Your key responsibilities include: Leading Epidemic Sound’s Curation team, ensuring alignment with company values and goals, and driving team performance. Owning the strategic planning and development of the Curation team, leading key initiatives to improve and scale music discovery and editorial content. Collaborating with Product and Enterprise teams to develop innovative solutions for music curation, integrating data and user insights to enhance the player experience. Contributing to the growth of Epidemic Sound’s revenue through the development of high-quality curation services for Enterprise Clients. Staying ahead of trends in the music and content creation industries, and ensuring the team is consistently innovating and adapting to changing landscapes. Requirements Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams in the music or media industry. Proven strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills In-depth understanding of music curation, editorial programming, and sonic branding. Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize curation strategies. Solid knowledge of music copyrights and licensing within a digital platform environment. Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Soft requirements Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to internal teams and external partners. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams. High problem-solving ability and a passion for innovation in music curation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining focus on both short-term and long-term goals. You will form a key part of the Security Division here at Epidemic Sound. You, along with your team, will help ensure our employees and services are protected from a wide range of online threats. Although we are a global company, this position will be based in our Stockholm office. Job Summary: Increase the security maturity of our organization to help create and update systems to be efficient and ensure they are primed for ever-changing attack vectors. Work closely within a small team collaborating across our other central teams, such as IT and legal. Make specialized security knowledge accessible to wide audiences throughout the organization with great outreach and process design. Your key responsibilities include: Working with teams and individuals to identify, track and fix vulnerabilities/risks in both systems, processes and our cloud infrastructure. Automating security processes where feasible. Helping to identify and evaluate new security tools and services. Optimizing and managing our SIEM solution. Sharing your knowledge through solid documentation, delivering internal tech talks and security awareness training to all levels of technical proficiency. Assisting the team in conducting security reviews for new and existing business software and services. Responding to security-related questions and completing assessments from our enterprise customers. Promoting secure ways of working across all areas of the organization, but especially in our core support services such as IT and SRE. Managing physical security across our managed office spaces (Stockholm, New York) Assisting with security incidents (including on-call), breaches and training exercises around them. Working on a wide range of projects and new initiatives in the team. Responding to security-related requests from across the organization. Requirements: Experience with vendor security assessments Social engineering attacks and mitigation (eg. Phishing) Experience or interest in learning to use AI tooling to improve automation and tooling At least one programming or scripting language (Python, Go, Kotlin, Node.js, and Bash experience preferred) At least one but preferred 3 years of experience with network security Experience with Enterprise Security Tooling such as SSO, SIEM and CASB solutions Security features of the big public cloud providers (GCP preferred) Kubernetes, Docker or any other containerization architecture Identifying vulnerabilities in software, systems and processes And a good understanding or working knowledge of common security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS, NIST, etc), compliance and regulatory requirements. Although we are a global company, this position will be based in our Stockholm office.Job SummaryHelp to design and increase the maturity of our Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) to remain resilient to ever changing attack vectors. Balance working closely with a small team of security experts with embedding regularly with product development teams to understand our product needs, build relationships, and translate security knowledge and best practices to best suit the needs of our product teams through in person interactions as well as code libraries and written documentation.Responsibilities Working closely with software engineering teams and individuals to identify, track and fix vulnerabilities/risks in our applications and products. Expanding, architecting, implementing and evangelizing our SSDLC. Sharing your knowledge through solid documentation, secure coding libraries, secure code reviews, delivering internal tech talks and security awareness training to technical staff. Embedding within development teams to build secure awareness and accurately gauge risk profiles throughout our product environment. Promoting secure ways of working across all areas of the organization. Helping to identify and evaluate new security tools and services, and integrate existing tools and services into central dashboarding tools. Assisting with security incidents (including on-call), breaches and training exercises around them, including creating security patches. Writing solid documentation that can be used by a wide range of different viewers. Requirements Experience securing products and applications, familiarity with BurpSuite Enterprise, Snyk and Burpsuite Professional especially appreciated.
