Your Role:The Learning ExperienceProject Lead plays a crucial role in managing Hyper Island's educational programs, fostering collaboration between the Facilitator Collective and the Industry Partner Collective, who together make up the production of our long term YH programs in Sweden. This position requires agility, strong relationship skills, and proficiency in educational logistics. This role is a project manager working with various project management frameworks including agile and primarily holds responsibility for the programs' operations strategy, including establishing and facilitating cross-functional teams within the organisation matrix as needed. What You'll Do: Project leading in creating, calling and organising cross functional project- or course based teams in our organisational matrix in alignment with Hyper Island’s leadership philosophy. Facilitate communication, collaboration and information exchange between external groups and the internal project teams. Coordinating program resources such as program budgets. Approving invoices for assigned projects and courses, and cost control according to assigned budgets. Keep track of all program deliverables, mainly planning and scheduling of courses, industry leaders, and additional sessions crucial to create a positive student learning experience. Oversee compliance with educational standards during audits. Key Skills & Qualifications: • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English. • Proven experience in a senior project manager role, preferably in education or a similar field. Your Role: Senior Learning Developer and Facilitator As a Senior Learning Developer and Facilitator at Hyper Island, you will play a crucial role in advancing our educational philosophy. You are not just a facilitator, but an innovator in learning design, an expert in digital complexities, and a visionary in experiential education. You will be co-responsible for learning development and facilitation in up to 8 programs we’re currently running from Stockholm: Digital Creative Content Developer Design Lead Motion Creative Data Analyst Frontend Developer XR Creative Developer AI Business Consultant With potential additional learning development and facilitation in our upskill courses and programs based in Karlshamn. Key Responsibilities: Learning Experience Design and Delivery: Lead the development and implementation of experiential and constructionist learning models. Design and facilitate dynamic learning environments using a 'flipped classroom' approach, ensuring real-world application and meaningful engagement. Educational Journey Engagement: Promote active, self-directed learning both onsite and online, optimizing content for shared use across the organization. Business and Relationship Development: Work closely with the Industry Client Partner Collective to integrate industry insights into learning pathways. Support student recruitment by aligning educational offerings with market needs and trends. Strategize and co-create content packaging for reuse to enhance operational efficiency. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative culture within the learning development teams and across departmental lines within Hyper Island’s matrix organisational structure. Share and leverage best practices across all Hyper Island hubs. Oversight of the grading process to ensure alignment with educational, program objectives and student engagement. Who We're Looking For: You are a seasoned learning designer with a passion for facilitating transformative educational experiences. You excel in a dynamic, collaborative environment and are adept at balancing multiple priorities. Your expertise in digital tools and platforms enhances your ability to design and deliver top-tier educational content. Additionally, you are: Empathetic and creative. Key Skills & Qualifications Relevant advanced education in education, business, technology, or related fields. Extensive experience in experiential learning and digital education platforms. Proven track record in leading educational projects and facilitating group learning. Customer-focused with a deep understanding of student’s needs. Strong relationship-building skills. Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate educational activities into business growth. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English. Swedish proficiency is a plus. Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a matrix organisational structure. Minimum of five years in a similar role, with demonstrated leadership in educational settings. Industry relevant expert knowledge and experience of the content of at least one Hyper Island vocational program within business, design, or tech is a plus.
