Our lifecycle communication has a direct impact on activation, retention, and subscription growth. We're now looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join our CRM team and help us take that work to the next level. You'll report to the Head of CRM, and work closely with our CRM Campaign Manager as well as cross-functionally with our product teams and BI. We each run our own projects, but we make the bigger decisions together. This is a hands-on role with an analytical and strategic lean. You'll own lifecycle journeys and experiments end-to-end, and help us get sharper at measuring what CRM drives. The CRM function is growing in ambition. We want to be more systematic, more data-driven, and more integrated with the product teams. AI is also reshaping what execution looks like in CRM work, and we're looking for someone who finds that exciting and wants to help figure it out with us. What you'll do Own lifecycle flows and experiments across the user journey: onboarding, conversion, retention, reactivation, winback. Design and run A/B tests across email, push, and in-app messages. We're scaling up our testing practice and you'll help drive that. Partner with product teams on building coherent user journeys, where what happens in the app and what we communicate outside of it line up. Work hands-on in Braze to build segmented, personalized, event-driven flows. Work with data from Braze, Amplitude, and other sources to find opportunities and evaluate results. Help us strengthen how we measure and report on CRM performance. Work with the Conversion team on subscription campaigns, offers, and paywall experiments. What we're looking for 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing. Multi-channel experience across email, push notifications, and in-app messages. You take the lead on projects and see them through, bringing clarity to your work and follow-through to the team. Hands-on with tools like Braze or similar platforms. You enjoy the craft of building flows as much as the logic behind them. Comfortable working with behavioural data, running experiments, and using tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel to answer your own questions. Some HTML/CSS skills, especially for building and customizing email templates or in-app messages. Curious about AI in CRM, and want to help shape how we use it. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Nice to have Experience working on subscription products. Background in a tech scale-up environment. An interest in the outdoors or fishing. It helps you understand the "vibe" and needs of our users. Where you’ll work We work in a hybrid setup, and all team members are expected to work from our Stockholm HQ, The Lighthouse, at least three days per week. Our mission is simple: to help millions of anglers achieve their fishing dreams, today and tomorrow. We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our core iOS product team. This role is at the heart of Fishbrain’s social experience, building the features that inspire 15 million anglers to connect, share their catches, and grow the world’s most passionate fishing community. As a Senior Product Manager, you aren't just managing a backlog; you are shaping how a global community interacts. Your mission is to bridge the gap between Utility (the tools for the catch) and Social (the passion for the sport). You will turn fishing from a solitary hobby into a shared digital experience, working at the intersection of user needs and business growth. What you´ll do: Lead the development of our social ecosystem, with a focus on User Generated Content (UGC), sub-communities, and viral engagement loops. Use Agile methodologies to break down big ideas into testable hypotheses and run rapid experiments to validate value before we scale. Build social features that feel like a natural part of the fishing trip, fostering genuine connection between anglers. Define and monitor key metrics for retention and engagement, using insights to pivot or persevere. Work in lockstep with your Engineering Manager and Product Designer to foster a high-performing, self-organizing team. Who you are: You have 5+ years of PM experience from building engagement-driven products (Social, Community, or UGC) with a strong understanding of B2C subscription models. You are highly proficient in modern analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and use data to tell a story. You have extensive experience with iOS and Android ecosystems and understand the nuances of mobile user behavior. You love collaborating with designers to create intuitive, functional experiences. You are comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and can build trust with senior stakeholders through clear communication and data-backed insights. You see the potential in AI to enhance community experiences and are eager to explore how agents can support user engagement. Experience with the US market is a strong plus, as you understand the cultural nuances of North American consumers.
