Product Designer

We are looking to strengthen our team with a driven and passionate Product Designer, where you will play a pivotal part of a collaborate effort to elevate existing and upcoming internal and external back office products into intuitive, efficient, and delightful experiences. Your responsibilities would include talking to end-users, defining the problem space, ideating and validating concepts, and creating mock-ups and prototypes. Actively engage in meetings and workshops with collaborators and stakeholders, taking on a facilitating role. Bring a proactive outlook to prioritize user-centric perspectives and identify additional opportunities based on documented insights, while still balancing the business and technical perspectives. Your day-to-day work: • Drive the end-to-end product design process, from discovery to implementation. • Identify opportunities and define success metrics for your initiatives. • Define and transform complex problem statements into tangible solutions. • Create and communicate your design concepts through high quality concepts and prototypes that lead to intuitive and efficient user experiences. • Communicate the results in tangible, compelling and creative ways. • Represent design and user perspectives in high-level discussions with key stakeholders. To be successful in the Role: • 5+ years of experience in a Product Design role. • Previous experience in employing end-user focused design methods in a data led and agile product development environment. • Proven ability to quickly comprehend and turn complex and data heavy products into delightful user experiences. • Have a strong digital product design portfolio, with focus on the journey from challenge to finished product. • Fluency in English. Analytics Engineer

The Analytics Engineering Team at Kambi's Data Platform stream is a new team that will have a significant role in our data mesh journey. The team will focus on building data products, part of our self-service platform, and training business users in how to use provided data tools in the most efficient way. Our goal is to enable data for wider organization through close collaboration with teams across all departments and other teams in Data Platform. The role and responsibilities As an Analytics Engineer you will work with transforming data and building reliable data models, making sure that we make full use of our data and help to define and maintain good practices. This role involves supporting business stakeholders in defining their needs and further integration with created data products. You will also collaborate with Analytics and Data Engineers inside Data Platform to support development of a modern data platform. We believe that you have 2-3 years of professional experience in the data area and with data modeling. You should be proficient in SQL, have an interest in Python and experience with CI/CD pipelines. Our Analytic Engineers have an opportunity to gain business knowledge and to communicate with various departments at Kambi. - If you have worked before with dbt, Airflow, LookML and know what "DAG" is, this will be a benefit. - We are cloud based and our teams work with AWS, k8s, ArgoCD and GitHub. Senior Java Developer

The team - That shapes our success! Kambi Engineering consists more than 300+ people who are globally committed to keep Kambi at the forefront of the sports technology industry. We are currently hiring Senior Java Engineers for our Bet management Stream. You will be owning the end-to-end solution of enabling external providers to integrate with Kambi, laying the groundwork to evolve our system into a multi-tenant trading platform. As a Java developer your day-to-day work will look like: Build scalable and maintainable systems that run and fail gracefully. Write testable and tested software in collaboration with our testers. Mainly work with these technologies: Java 11+ Maven REST/JSON Embedded Jetty Kafka Kubernetes ZooKeeper PostgreSQL Linux Ansible JavaScript/HTML/TypeScript/React Embrace DevOps methodology: Continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of code in production. Monitor our products in production, finding ways of improving them. You'll be a great fit for the role, if you: Worked in a team for minimum 6 years developing, deploying and maintaining one or more software products in production and have excellent knowledge of Java. Proved ability to understand complex technical environments and have relevant experience in creating high scalability applications. Demonstrated that you have the mindset and skills to become an effective part of a cross-functional, self-organizing, self-managing team. Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
