Du spelar en viktig roll för att säkerställa att våra kunder får en trevlig och avkopplande stund hos oss. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som säljare informerar du våra kunder om produkterna och Rituals filosofi. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår det även att tillsammans med ditt team ständigt driva försäljningen och att se till att butiken är ren, städad och ordentligt påfylld hela tiden. Du rapporterar till Butikschefen, som är din mentor och som hjälper dig med din utveckling. KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av butiksarbete och är genuint intresserad av skönhet och kosmetik. Har du försäljningserfarenhet inom hudvård och/eller make-up är det ett stort plus. Flexibel gällande arbetstider (både vardagar, kvällar, helger) och villig att arbeta storhelger som t.ex jul samt under sommaren. Du är en ärlig person med integritet Du är 18 år eller äldre. Du strävar efter att bli ”best in class” inom din position. Du är flexibel, engagerad och drivs av att skapa meningsfulla stunder för våra kunder.
