R&D is looking for a Hardware Quality Project Leader to drive and coordinate product quality improvement activities for current production powertrains. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, manufacturing, finance and customers to ensure timely handling of field quality issues, running changes and quality-related improvement initiatives. You will be a key contributor in driving quality performance, securing robust solutions and supporting the organization in delivering competitive and reliable products. Depending on workload and business priorities, there is also an opportunity to support other development projects and strategic initiatives within R&D. M365 & IAM Platform Engineer/Developer Are you passionate about innovation, automation, and creating seamless collaboration platforms? We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking M365 + IAM Engineer/Developer to join our agile Collaboration Services team. This team is responsible for delivering a secure, efficient, and scalable M365, Active Directory (AD), and Entra ID environment that empowers our Aurobay colleagues to be their most productive, ensuring a great user experience. As part of this dynamic team, you will operate in a DevOps setup where the team owns the full lifecycle of their product - new development, continuous improvement, operational tasks, and user support. We strive for relentless automation to simplify recurring tasks and self-service solutions that enhance user independence and productivity. The role demands strong collaboration, problem-solving, and technical expertise rooted in modern software development practices, including event-driven architectures, serverless technologies, and automation. Skills and Experience The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience or demonstrate curiosity and capability in the following areas: -M365 technologies like Teams, Exchange and SharePoint. Knowledge of Power Platform and Purview -Entra ID & Active Directory, including expertise in Conditional Access policies, Group Policies, MFA configuration and MTO setup -Event-based integrations connecting enterprise systems, for example ServiceNow and SuccessFactors with identity platforms. -Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python or equivalent tools. -Azure Functions & Logic Apps for building robust serverless workflows and event-driven solutions. -Familiarity with Graph API and PnP (Patterns and Practices) for advanced integrations. -Experience in modern software development practices including Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, Github Actions and DevOps principles. -Understanding of event-driven architectures (PubSub, streaming) for scalable and flexible system integrations.
