You will be critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting to our group headquarters while providing strategic insights to drive our mobile gaming business forward. What You’ll Do - Lead financial planning, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning. - Manage monthly financial reporting, analyze performance, and translate product KPIs into financial insights. - Evaluate marketing efficiency, feature ROI, and partner with product teams on financial impact. - Oversee cost control by monitoring expenses, allocating costs, and identifying opportunities to improve profit margins. - Coordinate with shared services to ensure a smooth monthly close, support revenue recognition, and maintain internal controls. - Prepare reports for leadership, develop automated dashboards, and support strategic global projects Is This You? - 5+ years in finance, controlling, FP&A - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - Experience in gaming, tech, SaaS, or digital consumer business preferred. - Experience with group reporting and IFRS - Experience managing month-end and year-end close processes and running budgeting processes - Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills - Familiarity with BI and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) - Strong understanding of unit economics and KPI-driven businesses. - Knowledge of SAP and Anaplan is a plus - Strong business partnering and stakeholder management abilities - Analytical and detail-oriented with strong commercial judgment This is us! We are looking for a Technical Director to take our highly successful live service Toca Boca World into the future. The creative vision for the game is exciting and ambitious, and it will require significant architectural improvements across the tech stack, from client systems to online services. The role is high impact as we need the right technical leadership to unlock the full potential of the game. As Technical Director, you will act as the strategic technology leader, setting the technical vision, charting a strategic path and driving major technical initiatives. To make it all come to life, you will be working with other TDs and Tech Leads, directing and supporting a strong engineering team and partnering with senior leaders across the company.
