As Community Manager, you’ll be the bridge between Abundo and our members. You’ll make sure every interaction feels personal, smooth and memorable. From shaping how we communicate with members, to building routines that keep engagement high, you’ll be key in creating a community that people love to be part of. What you’ll do: Shaping the strategy for our community communication, including CRM and social media Heading our customer success team, how to answer questions, solving problems and ensuring a great experience. Develop and improve community routines and processes that scale with us. Plan and execute engagement initiatives (events, communications, feedback loops). Act as the voice of the community internally, sharing insights with the team. We think you are: Organized, structured and service-minded. A strong communicator, both in Swedish and English. About Abundo Abundo is a subscription platform for live entertainment and cultural events, operating in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Berlin, Hamburg, and Köln. We work with 1,000+ venue partners to make live culture accessible to our 10,000+ members. We're profitable, growing fast, and a team of 8 based in central Stockholm. The role We're looking for a Product Lead to own Abundo's product across our member and producer experiences. You'll work directly with the founders and our engineering team to define what we build, how we measure success, and how the product evolves as we scale across markets. This is a hands-on role with broad scope - from roadmap and prioritization to analytics infrastructure and experimentation. You'll be the single point of accountability for product at a company where every decision reaches 10,000+ members and thousands of cultural events. Responsibilities Define and drive the product roadmap for Abundo's consumer platform and producer tools Own product analytics: define metrics, build dashboards, identify opportunities from data Work closely with engineering on technical architecture and delivery Partner with operations and partnerships teams to align product with venue and producer needs Lead experimentation and A/B testing to improve conversion, retention, and engagement Contribute to cross-market product decisions as we scale in Sweden and Germany Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a full product or major product area Demonstrated experience launching and scaling consumer subscription or marketplace products Strong technical background - comfortable with SQL, analytics tools, and working directly with engineers on architecture Experience with machine learning or recommendation systems Track record of operating in early-stage or founder-led environments, ideally with prior founder experience Experience working across international markets Fluent English; Swedish or German is a plus but not required What we offer Competitive salary and equity participation Direct ownership of product at a profitable, growing company Small team, no middle layers, fast decisions Central Stockholm office (Grev Turegatan 30) How to apply Send your CV and a short note about why this role interests you to [email].
