ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers get the best possible experience with our products. Responsibilities: Answering incoming requests from Spiideo customers and triaging according to our Service Level Agreements Act as the first point of contact and advocate for our customers across all products Escalate incidents to our Engineering team when needed Investigate and replicate bugs, and testing new features Collect customer feedback and channel insights back to our product team for improvements Take ownership of the customers' support experience from start to finish Help manage our league processes to provide a seamless customer experience Contribute to delivering a best-in-class support experience Qualifications: A strong interest in helping customers and solving problems Ability to work independently and stay on top of things in a fast-paced environment Excited to be working in a fast-paced environment, including the option to work on weekends and shifts A passion for technology and sports! About Spiideo Spiideo is a fast growing company in the sports tech industry with headquarters in Malmö. We provide software services to the world of sports in the areas of performance analysis and automated video production. A key piece of our product line is our portfolio of camera systems to do the video capture. During the last years Spiideo has been growing quickly and we are now shipping thousands of cameras all over the world! About the role We run a small in-house camera production unit at Limhamn, Malmö and for the upcoming high season we need temporary help in building and shipping these cameras. You will be working in an office-like environment with light mechanical assembly in close collaboration with our small permanent production team of two. The job tasks will also include receiving and packing deliveries. Qualifications Mechanical hands-on ability: basic skills with light mechanical assembly or similar "handy" tasks. Efficient and quick learner: ability to take directions, rapidly absorb instructions, and work effectively in environments with repetitive tasks. Attention to Detail: critical for ensuring quality during assembly and accurate handling of deliveries. Organized with a positive attitude: ability to plan and coordinate tasks effectively within a small team. Physical capability: to receive and lift heavy deliveries. English communication skills: strong verbal and written English communication skills as we are an international organization. Summer season availability: ability to work during May - September. The most crucial period is the availability to work full-time during June-September. Production/Assembly Experience: prior work in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus. Position details This position is a temporary full-time position, placed at our Production facility in Limhamn, Malmö.
