Structure meets creativity in a smart role in Stockholm We’re looking for a technically skilled creative who thrives at the intersection of motion design, dynamic advertising, and performance marketing. As our new Performance Motion Designer, you'll combine creative flair with technical precision. You’ll work closely with our performance team, but also play a key role in our in-house creative studio. You’re comfortable in post-production workflows and enjoy building scalable, feed-based advertising. What you'll do: Smart campaign production & performance support (approx. 50–60%) Create and optimize dynamic ads in Smartly.io (image + video) Build templates using conditional logic (e.g. Liquid Markup) Connect templates to feeds and product catalogs Collaborate with the performance team to test and improve output Motion design & editing (approx. 30%) Edit and adapt campaign videos for various channels and formats Re-edit films, add subtitles, music, graphics, and simple VFX Prepare and insert voiceovers Create multiple versions of assets (1:1, 9:16, 16:9 etc.) Graphic support & creative structure (approx. 10–20%) Adapt campaign graphics to various platforms Contribute to building a scalable template and asset library We believe you have: Experience with Smartly.io or similar platforms (e.g. Google Studio, Celtra, Ad-Lib, Bannerflow Good knowledge of After Effects and video editing tools (e.g. Premiere, Resolve, Final Cut)  Understanding of feed-based advertising and funnel logic Strong self-leadership and the ability to manage multiple deliverables Experience adding subtitles, sound design, voiceovers, and on-screen graphics  Familiarity with Liquid, JSON, or other structured data languages Bonus: Experience with photo or video production is a plus, but not required. We are looking for an excellent individual who will be responsible for purchasing and category management with focus on the Home & Leisure and Kitchen & Household assortment. What you’ll do as Category Manager You will, in close collaboration with our sales team, set the campaign plan for your categories and ensure that we deliver exciting new assortment on our site every week The role requires extensive sourcing of new suppliers and new categories You will take ownership of existing suppliers within your categories, develop partnerships and onboard new suppliers You will continuously analyse the performance of your categories and ensure a good assortment mix meeting set goals You optimise your purchase decisions to meet KPIs in terms of spend, margins, stock turnover and payment terms To be successful in this role, we believe you need A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent At least three years experience in Sales or Purchasing functions Category management or Account management experience Experience from consumer goods and non food, e.g. home and interior, kitchen and household, apparel, accessories Fluency in Swedish, comfortable working in English We also believe you have A sales driven approach, are able to pitch and close deals at high speed Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong numerical and analytical ability Significant experience from working with external partners and building long term relationships Ability to cope with a high workload in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment High drive, a self starter who works independently and can take quick decisions What we offer Matsmart offers a social and energising workplace where creativity and ideas are more than welcome and appreciated. As Head of Purchasing & Assortment you're responsible for the Nordic supply of products. Together with your team you will create the best range of products for our customers at the right price. Our goal is that nothing that has been already produced should be thrown away - to make that happen, we need to collaborate with both our existing and new suppliers on their overstock. What you’ll do - You will lead and develop a team of 8 dedicated purchasers in three countries (SE, FI, DK) -You will lead the pumping heart of the business, everything we do starts with our supply and suppliers. - You will ensure the achievement of the team-KPIs that you set-up together with the Chief Purchasing Officer - Together with the the Merchandising function you will develop and optimize the best possible mix to secure a relevant and profitable assortment according to the overall business strategy. - You will help growing our suppliers network on a decision making level. - You will inspire your team to analyze and to take data driven decisions on all business matters. - You are responsible for developing processes and ways of working within your team. - You are responsible for developing, inspiring and motivating your team members. - You will report directly to the Nordic Director. Our humble expectations - we see that you have experience in the following areas: +5 years experience with relevant working experience. - You have experienced as a leader and have a proven track record of managing teams with more than 5 direct reports. -Bachelor degree or equivalent education. - Knowledge of the Nordic FMCG landscape -Off-price purchasing experience with overstocks/flash sales is a plus. - Commercial mindset, you need to be passionate about sales and performance. - You are a strong communicator and negotiation is a big passion of yours. - You have mastered the balance between making decisions based on data but - never forgetting the supplier and customer perspective. - You are well structured. - You are fluent in English and Swedish.
