We are now looking for an Accountant to strengthen our Accounting team. In this role you will be responsible for contributing the day to day accounting throughout all subsidiaries. You will be reporting to the Head of Group Accounting. What you’ll do as an Accountant with us Process supplier invoices and relevant approvals Process supplier payments Issue B2B invoices Prepare journal entries Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial transactions Support the team in the month-end and year-end closing processes Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed To be successful in this role, we believe you need A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices To be a professional user of MS Excel or Google Sheets Strong written and spoken English and Swedish skills A few years of working experience in a relevant field German knowledge is a plus Experience from working in Netsuite and/or Medius is a plus What we offer Matsmart offers a social and energizing workplace where creativity and ideas are more than welcome and appreciated. What you’ll do as a Graphic Designer Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visually stunning designs across digital, print, social media platforms, and motion. Develop and understand our brand identity deeply, ensuring all designs align with our visual guidelines and effectively communicate our core messages. Design a variety of assets for performance marketing, social media, branding, infographics, and OOH. You’ll also collaborate with our Motion Designer by providing visual assets for animations in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Smartly. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design techniques, bringing fresh and innovative ideas. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into compelling visual solutions. Present design concepts and rationale, both internally and externally, and incorporate feedback to refine designs as needed. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring the highest quality of work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and cohesion in design across different projects. To be successful, we believe you need Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with an exceptional portfolio showcasing your diverse design skills. Basic/midlevel skills in Motion Design. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects) Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. As Head of Purchasing & Assortment you're responsible for the Nordic supply of products. Together with your team you will create the best range of products for our customers at the right price. Our goal is that nothing that has been already produced should be thrown away - to make that happen, we need to collaborate with both our existing and new suppliers on their overstock.
