About the role We take great pride in creating and offering our players a wide range of different art styles and themes in our games. As a Game Artist, you’ll take on the exciting challenge of transforming early concept art into pixel-perfect final assets, while also crafting original concepts and artwork from the ground up. A typical work week as an Game Artist can consist of: Asset Creation: Craft a diverse array of high-quality 2D game assets, UI element designs and awesome, polished headlines (typography) prepared for seamless handover to our expert animators. Your sharp eye for composition, color, perspective, and lighting will be critical in ensuring the highest standard of work. Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with other artists, animators and programmers to collaboratively build “best in class” iGames. Communication: Partner with the Art Director and Creative Director to follow the unique art style of each game. Be open to feedback and take the initiative to independently enhance and perfect your work, while still ensuring it aligns with the creative vision. Innovation: Push the boundaries of what is possible in the realms of iGames to create visually stunning and memorable experiences. Who are you? We believe you are a passionate artist with an eye for details and the urge and ideas to make the best looking iGaming experiences ever. You are creative and innovative and aim to find solutions which maximize the game experience in relation to the technical limitations. You have the ability to follow the game’s visual style and ability to adapt to multiple styles, for all visual material produced throughout the game’s development. You are self-driven, and responsible and strive to develop your skill and others constantly. It is important that you are organized and solution-oriented with the ability to tackle challenges and solve problems with a strong sense of ownership and deliver on deadlines. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience creating 2D assets with focus on mobile within the gaming or similar industry. Polishing & UI Expertise: Skilled at polishing game assets to perfection, ensuring every detail shines and aligns with the creative vision. Experienced in creating intuitive UI elements that enhance the player experience, seamlessly combining functionality with captivating design. Software skills: Strong knowledge of Photoshop. Knowledge in 3D is a big plus but not required. Portfolio: A captivating portfolio demonstrating excellent artistic ability including the effective use of color, composition, and typography. Creativity: A passion for art and a sharp eye for detail are essential, along with the ability to adapt to various art styles. Your understanding of animation will be crucial, as you’ll help create assets ready for seamless animation. Passion for Gaming: A passion for video games and an understanding of what makes them visually engaging and immersive. Language: The ideal candidate will possess excellent English language skills, both in written and verbal communication, as this is essential for daily tasks and collaboration. Proficiency in Swedish is a plus but not required. As a Game Client Developer, you’ll take on the exciting challenge of implementing animations, sounds, effects, and particle systems in our games, while taking on the responsibility for the game’s functionality, flow, and server communication. A typical work week as a Game Client Developer can consist of: Main tasks: Implementing game clients in JavaScript and game functionalities. Ensure the games run smoothly on mobile devices and web browsers. Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with other Game Client Developers, animators and game artists to collaboratively build “best in class” iGames. Communication: Collaborate with the backend developers, math designers and Product owners to bring their technical ideas into the players view. You have solid experience with JavaScript and Pixi.js, and a deep understanding of browser-based development. You’re comfortable using developer tools (DevTools) to debug, optimize, and refine your work for smooth, high-performance gameplay. You are both creative and innovative, constantly seeking solutions that enhance the game experience while working within technical constraints. You excel at maintaining and adapting the game’s visual style across multiple platforms, ensuring all visual assets are cohesive and compelling throughout the development process.
