In this role, you will be working alongside our procurement team and supporting other parts of the organization with your knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems. As our Product Manager – BESS, you will be responsible for setting product specifications, and assuring that procured equipment meets expected KPIs. Main responsibilities Full product ownership, further developing and managing the product vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and specifications based on customer/market needs. Assurance of market requirements and compliance. Support procurement process from project design to purchase. Conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis to identify procurement opportunities, product differentiation and market expansion. Work closely with procurement teams to source quality equipment at competitive prices, ensuring cost-effectiveness and reliability. Provide technical support and training to sales teams, assisting them in effectively communicating product value propositions to customers. Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, gathering feedback to inform product enhancements and future developments. Candidate profile Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a merit. Previous experience with BESS. Proven track record of at least 3 years in product management, preferably in the energy storage or renewable energy industry. Strong technical background in battery energy storage systems, including knowledge of battery chemistries, inverters, and control systems. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Management skills, ability to lead, engage and create trust. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Swedish and Spanish are a merit. As our Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, modeling, and finding optimal financial solutions for our projects, as we continue to expand our operations and navigate the complexities of the energy market. Main responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for renewable energy and energy storage projects. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modelling, to evaluate project feasibility and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and assumptions for financial modelling and analysis. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and investment memorandums for internal and external parties. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, price forecasts, and best practices in financial modelling for renewable energy projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and financial modelling software, with a strong understanding of complex formulas, functions, and macros. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on renewable energy projects preferred. Understanding of renewable energy technologies, project finance principles, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. As our Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic legal advice and support to our organization as we continue to expand our operations and navigate the complexities of the energy market. Main responsibilities: - Provide expert legal counsel on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on energy-related transactions and regulatory compliance. - Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, including but not limited to client contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements. - Conduct legal research and analysis to stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments impacting the energy sector. - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including management and local operations teams, to identify and mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with legal requirements. - Manage and oversee external legal counsel as needed. - Participate in due diligence processes for potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
