We are seeking an experienced pi-shaped marketer to accelerate and steer Sana's next stage of growth. What You'll Do Own Content Strategy and Editorial Execution Manage our editorial calendar across all channels, including launch moments and evergreen campaigns. Conceptualize, write, and edit both long-form and short-form content across channels and formats. Collaborate and execute on integrated brand marketing campaigns. Script and structure video content including product demos, customer spotlights, and interview-style pieces. Partner Across Sales, Product, and Brand Partner with sales and product marketing to develop enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive assets, and FAQ documents. Build and maintain a deep understanding of our products to tell accurate and compelling stories, collaborating closely with engineering to stay ahead of launches. Track content performance using analytics and work with the broader marketing team to refine strategy based on what's working. Work cross-functionally with design and brand teams to ensure all content is polished and on-brand. About You Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, and copywriting, with a proven track record of end-to-end execution and growing a brand following, ideally within a SaaS organization or tech startup. Ability to originate and execute ideas independently, rather than waiting for a creative brief. Experience creating visual assets autonomously, while knowing when to bring in expert design support. Fluent in English. Other Qualifications Deep passion and talent for writing in all its marketing forms. Strong eye for craft and taste in brand building, setting trends rather than following. Track record of excellent problem-solving skills to handle complex challenges quickly and effectively. Experience building strong relationships across teams to deliver the best results. About the Role You'll build the core agent infrastructure that powers Sana's mission to bring superintelligence to work. This is a greenfield opportunity to define how AI agents plan, reason, and execute across enterprise environments—building systems that reliably handle real-world complexity at scale. You'll work at the intersection of agent architecture, context-, tool- and prompt engineering, and production infrastructure. In this role, you will Architect multi-step planning, orchestration, and tool routing for agents Implement code generation agents and sandboxed code execution Engineer memory, state, and context packing/grounding strategies Balance latency, quality, and cost controls for agent execution Develop safe fallbacks, graceful degradation and robust error handling Collaborate with platform and search teams to deliver reusable agent infrastructure Establish safety guarantees and measurable quality improvements About You Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of software engineering experience building production backend or platform systems. 3+ years of experience in TypeScript, with a strong track record of writing reliable, maintainable services. 3+ years of experience with distributed systems, APIs, asynchronous workflows, and service-oriented architecture. 3+ years of experience designing systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, observability, and maintainability. Other Qualifications: Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production. Experience building agent platforms or AI infrastructure. Deep understanding of the low-level details of the OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic LLM APIs, including tool calling, system prompt caching, etc. Familiarity with LLM application patterns, including tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), memory and context management, multi-step orchestration, and human-in-the-loop systems. Experience building and running machine learning systems in production, including compiling training and test datasets, building training pipelines, evaluating models, and detecting and handling drift (neural networks, Gaussian models, Thompson sampling, etc.). Experience designing evaluation frameworks for LLM or agent quality and safety, including hands-on use of platforms such as Langfuse or LangSmith. Familiarity with vector databases, prompt and context engineering, and experimentation tooling. Experience working with sandbox environments such as Modal, and designing strict access control models to keep user data safe and encrypted at all times. Experience running services in Kubernetes-based environments on GCP or equivalent cloud platforms. Comfort working with Postgres and Redis in high-throughput, low-latency service contexts. Contributions to open source TypeScript projects. Ability to navigate ambiguity, make strong technical tradeoffs, and drive projects from concept to production. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across engineering, product, and AI research teams.

About the Role As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will support our engineering teams by building and maintaining the technical foundation that enables our products to scale. You'll work on cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, and developer tooling, serving as a technical partner to other engineering teams while focusing on reliability and performance. In this role, you will Be the backbone of our ambitious goals, ensuring our infrastructure is robust and scalable. Support feature development teams with infrastructure decisions and deployments. Act as Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) and continuously enhance our Developer Experience (DX). Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions. About You Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or site reliability engineering. 3+ years of hands-on experience with GCP or equivalent cloud platforms, including managing production environments. 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and operations. 3+ years of experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling, such as Terraform. 3+ years of experience designing and operating highly available, scalable, and reliable backend systems. 2+ years of experience coding backend applications, with a strong track record of writing reliable, maintainable services. Other Qualifications: Experience acting as an SRE, with a strong understanding of site reliability principles in production environments. Experience improving developer experience through internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation. Familiarity with TypeScript in a backend context, enabling effective collaboration with product engineering teams. Experience with Postgres and Redis in production, including performance tuning and reliability practices. Experience supporting feature development teams with infrastructure decisions, reviews, and hands-on deployment support. Strong observability skills, including logging, metrics, alerting, and incident response. Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive infrastructure projects from concept to production. Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across engineering and product teams.
