What to Expect As a Delivery Advisor at Tesla, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the delivery process and ensuring that they have a frictionless and exceptional experience when taking delivery of their Tesla vehicle. You will be a delivery expert who adds your own guidance to the ownership solution, validating and adjusting it as needed to ensure a successful delivery. The Driver is a key contributor to the Tesla experience by coordinating the receipt of incoming new and used vehicle inventory. This position is responsible for lot management, movement of vehicles between Tesla locations and vehicle readiness for customer delivery. You will self-manage your technical expertise development. A good communicator: You speak, write and understand English well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully. If you know Swedish, it would be considered as a plus. Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full European driver’s license (Class B for cars). Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning and evening shifts. You are willing to travel to support the wider Service operation, when needed.
