About the roleContributor Software Engineer is our entry level role for software engineers. In this role you would join one of our product teams and work in close collaboration with your more experienced team members to define and deliver solutions to the most valuable opportunities discovered by the team. Each team is fully responsible for one of our products and consists of a product manager, product designer, and 3-6 full stack software engineers, all located together and working with a shared goal and focus. You will have a dedicated onboarding buddy and the rest of the team to support you in this from day 1. 30 Days: Continuing in your first month you will work together with your team on small tasks, with a focus on learning about the codebase and technologies, product, and how the team works. 90 Days: A quarter in you will be more comfortable and ready to take on larger tasks, able to work more independently on your tasks while also increasing your participation in team activities. 365 Days: After a year you will be proficient in our full tech stack and able to be a core contributor to your team’s deliveries, well on your way towards the promotion for an Experienced Software Engineer role in the upcoming months. About the roleAs an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the customer journey, ensuring successful onboarding and delivering the first value to our new customers. You will lead and execute the customer onboarding process from initial startup meeting through finalization, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal account setup for maximum ROI.
