Execute and quality-assure bank payments in line with established procedures and approval rules. Monitor liquidity on a daily basis, ensuring sufficient balances across all accounts and initiating transfers where needed. About 0TO9 0TO9 is a profitable European fintech bank with an uncommon model: we don't just run a bank - we build them. Alongside our core banking operations, we act as a venture builder, co-founding entrepreneur-driven fintech companies and giving them capital, licenses, and infrastructure from day one. Each venture targets a different banking product or vertical. We move fast, we're already profitable, and the people around the table have some of the strongest track records in European banking and fintech. The role You'll be our second legal hire, joining a small, senior team and working across both 0TO9 group-level matters and our growing portfolio of fintech ventures. The scope is deliberately broad: part group counsel, part embedded startup lawyer, part regulatory navigator for products that often don't fit neatly into existing frameworks, and increasingly, the person who shapes how we use AI to make all of it faster and smarter. This isn't a role for someone who needs a rulebook. It's for someone who writes them. What you'll do Own corporate and commercial legal work across the group: financing and loan documentation, commercial contracts, NDAs, and whatever comes next. Advise portfolio companies on regulatory matters specific to their product, licensing, consumer credit, AML/KYC, across Swedish and EU frameworks. Get involved early with new ventures: spotting regulatory requirements at the idea stage and finding pragmatic paths through them before they become blockers. Lead how we build AI into the legal function, contract review, compliance monitoring, template generation, working alongside our tech teams to automate what should be automated and keep humans in the loop where it matters. Build the templates, playbooks, and processes that let fast-moving teams operate safely at scale. Manage external counsel strategically, bringing in specialist input where it matters. About you You think in risk and trade-offs, not blanket no's. You're comfortable being the most senior legal voice in the room on a topic you've never seen before, and you know when to call in reinforcements. You're also genuinely curious about how AI is reshaping the legal function, and you want to be the one building that future rather than watching it happen. Specifically, you bring: 5-10+ years of post-qualification experience. A background in banking or fintech, ideally in-house or in a regulated institution (bank, kreditmarknadsbolag, or equivalent). Solid footing across corporate, commercial, and financial regulatory matters. Hands-on curiosity about AI tools in a legal context, you've experimented, formed opinions, and want to go further. Fluency in English; Swedish is a real advantage. What we offer A seat at the table as we build the leading fintech bank and venture builder in Europe. Real scope, broad mandate, genuine ownership, no endless sign-off chains. The chance to build a modern legal function from near-scratch, with AI as a first-class tool rather than an afterthought. An entrepreneurial, international team in a beautiful Stockholm office. Strong trajectory for growth as the group scales.
About AOTO AOTO is a Swedish fintech company building a digital operating system for car dealers, combining inventory financing, end consumer financing packaged together with warranties and insurance, automated bookkeeping and digital services in one platform. The goal is simple: help car dealers make faster, smarter decisions and maximise their buy and sell potential. We're in an exciting early stage, building the product from scratch with clear ambitions to expand across Europe. This role is central to getting us there. About the role As Chief Commercial Officer, you own AOTO's growth. You're the driving force behind everything commercial - sales, revenue, market expansion and the team that delivers it. Sitting on the management team alongside CEO, your job is to turn a product into a category leader across Europe. This is a build-and-scale mandate. You'll set the commercial strategy and then make it happen on the ground: landing our first wave of car dealers, proving the model, and turning it into a repeatable growth machine. As we move into new markets, you're the one designing the playbook and recruiting the people to run it. What you'll own: Commercial strategy - set the direction for growth, pricing and go-to-market across all our revenue streams Sales & revenue - build the pipeline, close the early deals yourself, then hire and lead the sales organisation that scales it The team - recruit, structure and lead a high-performing commercial team from the very first hire European expansion - plan and execute our entry into new markets, adapting the playbook to each Partnerships - build the channels and relationships that accelerate growth About you You've done this before - taken something early and unproven and grown it into something big, in a B2B context. You're deeply commercial, comfortable owning a number, and you treat growth as a system to be engineered. Experience from fintech, financing or automotive is a plus, but what matters more is your drive and trajectory. You bring: A track record of building and scaling commercial and sales functions in a high-growth B2B setting Experience growing a business internationally, ideally across European markets A hands-on builder's mentality - as happy closing a deal as setting the strategy The ability to attract, build and lead a high-performing commercial team Fluency in Swedish and English; other European languages are a plus What we offer Get in at the ground floor, a founding-team role with equity, at the very start of a serious growth journey A role that actually matters, help set the direction and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO Build with proven operators, alongside serial entrepreneurs who've scaled companies before Real financial muscle - backed and financed by a fintech bank, with the firepower to go big A base you'll love - a beautiful office in the heart of Stockholm

You will join our Chief Compliance Officer to build and shape 0TO9’s global compliance program from the ground up. In a fast-scaling environment, you will bridge traditional banking regulation with compliance solutions leveraging AI and automation to streamline processes. Deeply understand modern banking products to translate complex regulatory requirements into smooth, actionable operational workflows. Drive the digital transformation of compliance by integrating AI tools and automation with scalable systems. Who you are You bring roughly 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally from fintech, banking, or a fast-paced scaleup environment. You hold a Law Degree (LL.M. / Juristkandidatexamen) or an equivalent legal education. You thrive in a scaleup setting where no task is too big or too small. You seamlessly switch between high-level regulatory strategy and rolling up your sleeves to get things done. You have a proven track record in AML execution, consumer credit regulations, and general regulatory compliance within financial services. You naturally look for ways to automate manual routines. Experience with or a strong curiosity for leveraging AI tools in compliance work is a major plus. You understand what makes a bank work, grasp financial products quickly, and turn regulatory requirements into commercial enablers. You communicate clearly and build trust across teams – with founders, investors, and regulators alike. You lead through expertise and trust, not hierarchy. You are humble and bring good energy to the team – while holding firm on your integrity. What we offer Shape a role and a function that's being built from the ground up. Real ownership from day one. Work directly with the companies in our portfolio and see your work enable their growth. Clear leadership that invests in your development. Grow with us as we scale across Europe. About Fuels Capital Fuels Capital is a Nordic private credit firm providing structured, asset-backed financing to entrepreneurs and privately held companies across Northern and Western Europe. We focus on fundamentally sound businesses, unlocking liquidity from illiquid asset bases and ownership structures to enable acquisitions, growth, and shareholder liquidity, always with a strong emphasis on downside protection. Our strategy centres on senior secured and secured subordinated lending, typically backed by real estate, financial assets, or other hard collateral. We invest across two segments: (1) Growth, entrepreneurial capital for SMEs; and (2) Corporate, structured lending within the lower mid-market, with ticket sizes of EUR 5-25 million. Founded in 2025, Fuels is already profitable and on a strong growth trajectory. Joining us means being part of an ambitious, entrepreneurial team building a distinctive European credit platform. The Role We're looking for a Marketing Manager who builds authority, not just awareness. You'll work directly with leadership, set the strategy yourself and own a lot of the output, supported by a freelance bench but not waiting for one. The goal is to make Fuels Capital the name that entrepreneurs, investors and their advisors think of first when capital is tied up in the wrong place at the wrong time. What you'll own Earned media & PR Execute PR activities that generate earned media across European fintech, finance, and national business press. Orchestrate local PR agencies across all markets. Build and manage media relationships, pitch stories, coordinate interviews, and secure speaking opportunities and partnerships. Leadership personal brand Own the leadership team's personal brands by managing LinkedIn, thought leadership, podcasts, conferences, awards, and public appearances. Events & partnerships Plan and deliver customer events, executive dinners, webinars, conferences, and partner events -- from idea to execution. Content & proof Produce LinkedIn content, newsletters, press releases, customer stories, and case studies that strengthen the company's market position. Turn customer wins into compelling stories with measurable business outcomes and named references. Proprietary research Build and own an annual report or data product on the European asset-based financing landscape that earns press and positions Fuels as the credible voice in the category. Paid media & campaigns Lead the planning and coordination of paid media, digital advertising, and campaign execution in collaboration with the 0TO9 Marketing Team. Performance & reporting Measure and report on PR impact, event performance, content engagement, and pipeline contribution. Who you are You've done this before, not just the strategy, but the actual work. You've placed stories, written content that landed, built executive profiles, and run events that opened doors. You know how to work with agencies and freelancers without losing quality, and you connect what you do to pipeline, not just impressions. You're the kind of person who'd rather ship the thing than wait for perfect conditions. Must-haves Solid B2B marketing and communications background, from a high-growth company or agency. Hands-on experience in PR, content, events and founder branding, not just one of them. A strong writer who can turn complex topics into stories people actually read. Commercially minded and self-driven, with low ego and high standards. Nice to have Fluency in the world of entrepreneurs, investors and private credit. Experience running a proprietary research or data product. Multi-market European experience and additional languages. Why Fuels Capital? Shape the marketing function from the ground up, in a category with very little noise and a lot of real need. No layers, no bureaucracy, your calls actually matter. We provide infrastructure for entrepreneurs ready to start and scale the next generation of financial products and platforms. Founded in 2025, we're already 75+ co-workers across Europe, and growing fast. Our name reflects our mission: from zero to success, from idea to impact, from now to what's next. The Role We're looking for a Senior IT Operations Engineer who enables our organization to grow. This is a senior role with real strategic weight. You take ownership, drive work forward independently, and work closely with the rest of the team on IT processes, security and regulatory work like GDPR and DORA. What you'll do Own IT operations for both central IT and our portfolio companies as they grow, from day-to-day support to being their long-term IT partner as their needs mature. Deliver hands-on IT setup and support to our portfolio companies: onboarding, tooling, office setup, meeting and conference systems. Drive a methodical, consolidated approach to software licenses, how we buy, manage and follow up on them, and manage the vendor relationships behind our IT portfolio. A relationship builder who enjoys being the face of IT toward colleagues and portfolio companies, proactive, approachable and service-minded. Comfortable in a fast-growing environment where things change quickly and no task is too big or too small. A background close to development or IT product management, giving you an eye for how technical decisions play out over time. Why 0TO9?
