This is a unique role where customer support meets office coordination and management support. You’ll be at the centre of everything - helping our users succeed while making sure our office runs smoothly and feels like a place people genuinely enjoy being in. You’ll be: The go-to person for both customers, colleagues and management The one who keeps things running - whether it's solving a customer issue, fixing a messy subscription, quality checking the output of an AI agent or making sure the office just works A key contributor to the energy, structure, and vibe of Storykit If you like variety, ownership, and being where things happen - this is for you. What you’ll doCustomer Support Support customers via email, chat, and other channels Help users understand and navigate our tool and solve issues quickly and effectively Manage activation and deactivation of subscriptions and user accounts Keep Intercom updated with tickets, documentation, and insights Improve and maintain support content, chatbot answers and support articles Collaborate with product and engineering to solve complex issues and share feedback Office & Operations Take ownership of the daily office experience and company events Make sure the office is a place people love coming to - every day Manage office vendors (cleaning, food, supplies, etc.) Handle hardware logistics (onboarding/offboarding, distribution, collection) Manage access to the office and system (badges, keys, the traveling portal, phone subscriptions etc.) Management Support Support management with administrative and operational tasks Run multiple AI agents and quality check the output Help coordinate internal processes and logistics Jump in where needed to keep things running smoothly What we’re looking for A service-minded person who genuinely enjoys helping others Positive energy - you make things better just by being there Organized and proactive - you see what needs to be done and do it Strong communicator, both written and verbal Comfortable handling multiple things at once in a fast-paced environment Experience in customer support or service (SaaS is a plus) Fluent in English; Swedish/Scandinavian is a plus Why join Storykit? Our AI-powered text-to-video platform changes that, automatically transforming written content into multiple short, scroll-stopping videos for LinkedIn and beyond. We keep brands visible, relevant, and impossible to ignore. Now, we’re looking for an experienced B2B seller who thrives in fast-paced, tech-driven environments, someone who knows how to combine sales expertise with the latest tools to close high-value deals and build lasting client relationships. Why this role is different This isn’t about running the same sales playbook from 2015. At Storykit, you’ll use AI, not just as a product you sell, but as a way of working e.g. to identify the right opportunities, personalize outreach at scale, and streamline every stage of the deal cycle. That means more time doing what you do best: building trust with decision-makers, uncovering needs, and helping them succeed with our platform. What you’ll do Own the full sales cycle, from strategic prospecting to signed contracts, with enterprise and mid-market clients. Use AI-driven tools to research, target, and engage the right stakeholders. Build strong relationships with CMOs, marketing directors, and comms teams, uncovering challenges and aligning our solution to their goals. Lead tailored demos and business cases that inspire action. Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and customer success to maximize pipeline and client value. Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. What we’re looking for Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the communication or media environment. Skilled at managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Confident communicator with strong business acumen. Comfortable using (and curious about) AI tools to work smarter and sell more effectively. Resilient, driven, and motivated by ambitious goals.
