Core responsibilities: Working hands-on on building boats - mounting of hardware on the walls, trimming, laminating, assembling and finishing composite parts Choosing the appropriate composite materials (fibers, resins, adhesives) based on the project requirements Maintain equipment, molds, and tools Inspect components to ensure they meet specifications and delivery targets Document your work according to company guidelines Follow safety rules and regulations working with personal protective equipment given by the company Work in an international environment - our corporate language is English (including production) Who are you? You have experience from hands-on/practical work either from a production site or a workshop where the focus has been on finish and precision. You have the ability to learn fast and a willingness to be part of a diverse team with high working pace and short decision paths. You are also comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with chemicals involved in the process and used to or willing to use all necessary PPE. Core responsibilities: Receiving and inspecting goods for any damage, discrepancies, or quality issues and report findings to the warehouse manager Picking parts for production and aftermarket needs in a timely and efficient manner Ensuring a correct material flow through the warehouse and in the inventory management software. This includes physical inventory counts and maintaining an accurate inventory record in the software Ensuring organized warehouse locations by making sure that everything is properly put away in correct locations, clean and well-maintain. This includes using forklift to pick up pallets Picking and packing shipments safely for the transit - ensure all shipments are packed, labeled, and ready for timely dispatch Follow rules and regulations working with personal protective equipment given by the company Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors, team members, and other departments Working in an international environment - our corporate language is English Who are you? We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our warehouse, focusing on inventory management, goods receiving, storage, and shipping. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, operating warehouse equipment, and using computer systems such as Excel and Odoo to track and manage inventory. We are now looking for a Painter to support Candela’s growth ambitions. Your core responsibilities will include: Cleaning and sanding the carbon fiber prior to painting. Prime, apply filler, sand and prepare the parts for paint. Using spray-painting to paint the surfaces. Wet sanding and polishing the painted surfaces. Maintaining technical equipment for the job and ensuring that they are in working order. Follow company guidelines and safety protocols. To be successful in the role: You have previous experience from working as a painter in an industry environment where focus has been on finish and precision. You can learn fast and adapt fast to changes and are willing to be part of an ambitious team with a high working pace and short decision paths. Required qualifications Experience of working with air spray guns priming and painting in an industrial environment (Preferable experience with cars, trucks or boat painting). Able to do masking, cleaning with degreaser, antistatic gun. Touch ups with cotton brush. Interest in and/or experience from setting up a painting process. This includes defining the needs from a health & safety, facility, and tools perspective.
