About the opportunity: We are looking for an experienced DevOps/Build Engineer that has worked with Linux-based embedded systems. Do you have experience in Software Development or testing within Embedded Systems and have transitioned into a DevOps role? Then you might be the one we are looking for. Your profile should (at least) include the following: - Experience (5 years professional) within SW development/test in embedded systems - You love Python development - Experience in CI/CD using GitLab - Yocto or Buildroot for building an embedded Linux distro - Daily usage of Git/Make - Exposure to C-programming - Extensive knowledge of network communication, especially TCP/IP - Experience in some Linux-embedded distributions such as OpenWRT, Enea Linux, MontaVista, Carrier Grande Edition, Mentor Embedded Linux, and Wind River Linux - Fluent in English and preferably proficient in Swedish - M. Are you an out going person with a well established network of electronic component manufacturers? Have you work for at least five years as an electronics component engineer? Then you might be the one we are looking for! Skills & Requirements: - At least five years of experience in electronics component engineering - Experience in supporting different product design stages - Experience in component lifecycle management - Experience being first line of contact with component manufactures and distributors - Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent - Proficient in English and preferably proficient in Swedish.
