You have solid experience (around 10+ years) within real estate transactions or similar You’ve led complex deals and feel confident structuring and negotiating agreements You bring strong leadership experience and enjoy coaching and developing others You’re comfortable working across functions and managing multiple stakeholders You combine strong analytical skills with sound judgement and business understanding You communicate clearly and build trust through collaboration WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Lead end-to-end acquisition and divestment transactions Define deal structures and lead negotiations to secure the best possible outcome Build and use your network to stay close to market opportunities and insights Bring together cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities and risks Analyse investment cases and prepare decision material for approvals Ensure clear documentation and transparency throughout the transaction process Guide and develop a team of transaction professionals Collaborate across the organisation to secure alignment and progress
