Du leder ett team av Operatörer som arbetar med blyextruderingen av kabeln. Du jobbar tillsammans i ett team av Produktionsledare, Tekniker, Operatörer sam flera supportfunktioner. Du tillser att våra resurser i form av människa, maskin och material, används på bästa sätt. Du kommer att leda ett team där den tillämpade arbetstiden är 5-skift, vilket innebär att produktionen pågår även när du inte är på plats.  I rollen får du möjlighet att utveckla ditt ledarskap och ansvarar bland annat för: Att avdelningens mål tas fram, tydliggörs, följs upp och utvecklas inom verksamheten Rekrytering och utveckling av personal Att resurserna människa, maskin och material utnyttjas rationellt Investering & omkostnadsbudget Att avdelningens mål tas fram, tydliggörs, följs upp och omsätts i verksamheten   Inspirerande och engagerad ledare För att fungera väl och trivas i rollen som produktionsledare behöver du tidigare erfarenhet av personalledning samt förmåga att engagera och motivera medarbetare. Du är skicklig på att hantera utmaningar med ett lösningsorienterat arbetssätt i en omväxlande arbetsmiljö och har god förmåga att ge feedback med lyhördhet för olika individer. Som ledare är du tydlig med mål och förväntningar och ser utveckling som den viktigaste vägen till resultat. Du har ett intresse för teknik och deltar gärna bidragande i samtal och diskussioner. Utöver det ovanstående har du erfarenhet av att leda personal, arbetat med SAM (systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete) och har ett genuint intresse för kvalitets- och förbättringsarbete.
