We are therefore working on large product bets as well as adapting our go-to-market strategies. The role As an Account Executive at Alva Labs, you will play a key role in driving our growth and expanding our influence in the HR and recruitment industry. You will focus on establishing strong relationships with new clients, as well as actively working to increase our market share through strategic sales. Your main responsibilities will include leading complex sales processes and manage multiple stakeholders to ensure successful business closures. Understanding and navigating through clients’ needs and challenges will be essential to match them with Alva's products and services. You will be presenting the value of Alva’s innovative solutions persuasively, as well as identifying and engaging potential clients. Your work will directly impact the company's success and contribute to our mission to revolutionize how the world views talent and recruitment. With your strong drive and goal orientation, you will contribute to our continued growth and success. Location: Stockholm or Oslo. You You are a seasoned sales professional with at least 1 year of experience in complex, non-commodity sales as well as other sales experience (such as a pure sales rep, commercial customer success or commercial consultant). You have a background in enterprise sales or sales involving complex stakeholder management (legal, security, procurement). In total, you have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience and are fluent in Swedish/Norwegian and English. It's beneficial if you have a network within recruitment/HR software/psychometrics. Experience, network, and/or language skills in Norway are also advantageous. You have a hunter mentality and are driven to move processes forward. You are highly assertive and goal-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities. Your self-confidence and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders contribute to the highest possible customer experience. We are now looking to add a Growth Marketing Manager to the team, to make sure our customers move towards a brighter hiring future. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that we act on data, optimising our sales funnel, and building strong relationships and processes in the GTM team. You will work across the whole customer journey: From building and capturing demand, supporting the sales team with sales acceleration to close the deal, and finally finding ambassadors and supporting expansion opportunities. This role is key in growing our revenue, and crucial in helping us expand in current and new markets. You will be measured on Pipeline velocity, New booked ARR and NRR. Marketing and sales share KPIs and we put great pride in having built a strong marketing and sales alignment. You’ll be a key player to take our processes and feedback loop to the next level. What will you do Your main responsibility is to drive new revenue and grow the company retaining and expanding our existing customers. Easy peasy, right? That also means you have to go where the data & opportunities take you, but here’s a short list of what we think you will be focusing on: Take control of the buyer journey - making sure data is collected and structured, finding insights and taking action on them Own campaigns, ABM structure & lead nurturing flows in Hubspot Collaborate with our SDR team on ABM strategy and tactics Distribute our content and find out what works and doesn’t work Make sure our website is optimized for technical SEO Lead web development and updates in the CMS (we’re using Hubspot) Support the work of our agencies/freelancers in Paid social and SEM Work closely with the Sales team to understand their needs & challenges to find improvements in the buyer journey Work closely with the Customer Success team to understand the user journey & customer pain points to find improvements in the customer journey Visualise data and share insights with the entire GTM team. Who are you A data & statistics lover. You understand numbers, how to slice data and what you want from a dashboard. And you know how to present it so that non-marketers understand it. Bonus if you know SQL. A techy marketer. From choosing what tools you need (be it Hotjar, Google Optimize or GA4) to understanding how to implement it. You’re the jack of all trades. You will have resources to work with, freelancers & agencies, but you should also be comfortable rolling up your sleeves. A goal-striving individual and a prestigeless team player. We have really ambitious goals here at Alva, and the only way to reach them is to work together as a team. Comfortable having a lot of interactions with other teams and stakeholders. As you will run a lot of cross-functional projects, managing expectations and partnering up with colleagues in other teams will be a key to succeed in this role. What have you done before We have really high standards, and are searching for that person that will dazzle us. What makes you great however, isn’t necessarily a long experience. You most likely have a background from digital marketing, ideally from B2B SaaS. You know your ABM, campaign management, performance marketing, web analysis, and SEO. Hubspot is your best friend and you’re the one showing up to the discussion packed with data driven insights. Basically you have most likely been hanging out in contexts with a lot of data. The role As Design Lead, you will report directly to the COO and be the leader of our design team. You will: Oversee the end-to-end design process to ensure the design team's alignment with user needs and business goals. You We are seeking a Design Lead with a solid track record of working with design systems and launching products. Ideally, your experience comes from a SaaS product, but we value your expertise regardless of whether it lies in B2C, B2B, or agency contexts. The important aspect for us is that you have a history of seeing your designs being shipped to production and having iterated on them based on user feedback. To be a successful candidate, you: Have significant work experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, and/or Visual Designer. Experience as a team lead would be valued. Possess core design skill sets, including visual design, prototyping, interaction design, and information architecture. Are very comfortable with planning, conducting, and analyzing user research.
