The Job As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve success using our platform. You'll work closely with existing customers in the SME segment to secure renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. This position offers a blend of relationship building and technical support, making sure our customers get the most out of our product. You’ll be part of our sales team, collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with both hands-on customer support and proactively identifying growth opportunities. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with experience in a customer success or customer-facing role within the tech or SaaS sector. To excel in this role, we believe you are entrepreneurial, proactive, and skilled at taking initiative and managing your own projects. As a key point of contact for our customers, strong communication and relationship-building abilities are essential. Since you will be working at a leading SaaS company, it's crucial that you can quickly adapt to and stay ahead of the ongoing technical evolution of our product. You Have: Experience in a customer facing role within the SaaS/tech sector. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously. Familiarity with AI technologies and an ability to adapt to new technologies. The Job Our Data Operations team powers the data behind Tendium's AI-driven insights, helping customers make better decisions with confidence. As a German-Speaking Junior Analyst and Operations Engineer, you'll take ownership of one of our key growth markets. The Team Our Data Team owns getting all the data our customers need to find, qualify and win bids - every tender, every document and the metadata that goes with them. As a member of the team you will work hands-on to make sure that data is complete, correct and up to date - from analysing and quality-assuring it yourself to building the scripts, systems and automation that process it at scale. The team is a mix of engineers and analysts, part of a tech organisation of approximately 30 people where everyone knows each other. The Job Our Data Operations team is responsible for the quality of our data - making sure the insights our customers rely on are trustworthy. We work closely with each other and with engineering to get the right data in place. This role is offered on a full-time basis and is based at our Stockholm HQ. We expect you to spend the majority of your time in our office with your colleagues, with hybrid flexibility as agreed upon with your manager and team. What You'll Do Take ownership of German public procurement data quality - defining ground truth, monitoring accuracy, and ensuring coverage Analyse and review German procurement documents and text-based data Quality-assure AI-generated outputs to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance Identify data and extraction errors, investigate root causes, and feed them back into engineering Work with the team to spot bottlenecks in our workflows, and build technical solutions - scripts, tooling, automation - that make us more efficient Support data sourcing, validation, and continuous improvement of our processes Compile and deliver reports that customers use to make business decisions Support internal teams with German language expertise and translations when needed Participate in cross-functional projects and business development initiatives Over time, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities or specialise further - for example within data quality, automation, or market analysis. What You Bring Native or fluent German, comfortable working with business and legal-style language Fluent English A technical background - through studies (e.g. computer science, data, or engineering), a LIA placement at a yrkeshögskola, or hands-on experience such as previous work or personal projects Working knowledge of SQL - you're comfortable querying and exploring data yourself A structured, analytical mindset and strong attention to detail Comfort working with large volumes of text-based information A sense of ownership: you care about delivering high-quality work, every time Curiosity and willingness to learn in a technology-driven environment Bonus Points Fluency or strong working proficiency in Swedish Broader programming or scripting experience (e.g. Python or similar) and an interest in automation Experience working with data analysis, quality assurance, or research Interest in AI, technology, or public procurement Experience working in a fast-moving or scale-up environment Application We will be on vacation in July so expect to hear back from us in August. What you'll do You will play a key role in our data and platform team, working on our backend services as well as setting up good SRE practices and guidelines. This is a role where you will spend time on building our product and internal tools as well as building SRE guidelines and best practices cross-team. We are a small and tight tech team consisting of approximately 20 engineers split into different teams, where everyone knows each other. Tech stack Microservice Architecture: Fargate, Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, GraphQL, OpenAPI Databases and Querying: DocumentDB (MongoDB), MySQL, S3Tables (Iceberg), OpenSearch, Athena Languages: Python, TypeScript Infrastructure and platform: CDK, Github Actions Observability and tooling: CloudWatch, Aikido, PostHog AI Tooling: Claude Code, Internal MCP Server What you'll bring: Infrastructure and platform: Hands-on experience with AWS (or equivalent cloud). Containerization (Docker), Infrastructure as Code (CDK or Terraform), and CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance (GitHub Actions). Site reliability and operations: Experience defining and tracking SLOs/SLIs, leading incident response, and writing postmortems. Comfortable structuring production-grade environments — multi-environment setups, security and access standards — and turning that knowledge into guidelines other teams can adopt. Cloud micro services: Hands-on experience building and maintaining micro service architectures using AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, Fargate/ECS (or close equivalents in another cloud). API design and development: Hands-on experience designing and maintaining APIs, including REST (OpenAPI) and GraphQL, with a focus on consistency, versioning, and developer experience. Observability & Reliability: Setting up and using monitoring/alerting tools (Datadog, Grafana, Aikido). Log aggregation and distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch) Software engineering: Strong proficiency in Python (or similar), including writing robust, testable, and maintainable code; familiarity with async programming patterns. AI Tooling: Integrates AI tooling effectively into daily workflows. Collaboration and communication: You enjoy collaborating both with your nearest team and with other teams.
