Customer Success Manager (French)

About the Role: As a Customer Success Manager at Your.Rentals, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients' success. You will build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and managers, guiding them through the onboarding process, providing ongoing support, and helping them optimize their rental performance. Your proactive approach and dedication to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in driving the success of our platform and the satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities: Onboard new clients onto the Your.Rentals platform, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and goals. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize clients' rental performance and revenue through platform features and best practices. Provide timely and effective support to clients, resolving issues and answering inquiries to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to advocate for clients' needs and drive product improvements. Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to help clients track their success and make informed decisions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Fluent in business English and French Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving results. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with the vacation rental industry or property management software is a plus. Bonjour et bienvenue à Your.Rentals! Are you looking to improve your sales and account managementskills in an international environment? Are you good at explaining things in simple terms? Are you a fluent French speaker, seeking experience in Sales and business development? Your.Rentals is looking for a Sales driven person to assist our Sales and Customer Success teams! Please note that this internship is on-site at our Malmö office (Sweden). No relocation will be provided and you must have the right to live and work in Sweden. Local candidates will be preferred. What will you be doing?Sales: this is where it all begins!The goal is to connect with leads and prospects in our French speaking markets and introduce them to the benefits of working with Your.Rentals. You'll be qualifying needs and explaining our solutions to potential customers. You will use the phone and online tools such as Hubspot and Google Meet to perform those tasks. The sales process includes: Inbound/outbound sales by phone, email, linkedIn, webinars, seminars Prospecting to keep the database fresh and active Performing demos to sell the platform better Onboarding and assisting new users that want to use our tool and features Skills and experienceWe’re looking for a positive self-starter, with previous inside sales experience and a lot of ambition. What you’ll need to bring: Excellent written and verbal communication in French. Natural confidence in cold calling, speaking with customers and controlling conversations. Listening skills combined with the ability to synthesise information. Experience analysing and working with a portfolio of accounts. Confident computer skills. Strong self organisation and time management. Intellectual curiosity and good problem solving skills. Goal driven attitude. Work permit allowing you to work in Sweden (EU national). Nice to have experience: Experience in a SaaS or other software company. Experience working in the travel orshort term rental industry. Experience in using spreadsheets and manipulating data.
