You understand how to turn product ideas and design decisions into fast, polished and maintainable user interfaces. You are strong in React, Next.js and TypeScript, comfortable working with APIs, design systems, accessibility, responsive layouts and the small frontend details that make a product feel clear and easy to use. You are senior enough to take responsibility for frontend architecture and technical decisions, but hands-on enough to build components, fix edge cases, improve flows, review details, ship features and make sure the experience holds together in production. Zynca is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Front-end Developer to join our growing team in the labor market services and recruitment domain. In this role, you will play a key part in building and shaping modern web applications that directly impact how candidates and employers connect. We are looking for someone who not only delivers high-quality code, but also actively contributes ideas, improvements, and technical direction. As a Senior Front-end Developer, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable front-end solutions using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to turn ideas into well-crafted user experiences. A significant part of the role involves building reusable UI components with Tailwind CSS, integrating applications with GraphQL APIs, and ensuring high standards in performance, accessibility, and code quality. We expect you to take ownership of features from early concept through development and production, proactively identify areas for improvement, and suggest solutions that enhance both the product and the development process.
